02/07/2025: We first came to view Frederick's as a potential wedding reception venue in May 2024. We were instantly won over by its stylish interiors - modern and sophisticated, yet warm and welcoming. Over and above that are the incredibly hard working and attentive team at Frederick's, making it a venue with not only style but also substance. Namely, Laura Nyavie, who is an incredibly talented events planner. Throughout the process Laura has been a voice of reason and logic, making our planning meetings at Frederick's an oasis amidst the chaos of wedding planning. We have only ever been greeted by her with warmth and reassurance. It's hard to beleive that Laura had been simultaneously planning several other events over the course of the year, yet somehow also making us feel like her top priority, even when she was busy. Our wedding day exceeded all expectations and we owe so much of that to Laura and the team who have worked tirelessly to make it happen. Our only sadness now is that it's over, but thankfully we'll be visiting Frederick's every year from now on to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you so much for everything.

04/07/2025: Without a shadow of doubt, the best ever meal we have had in county Roscommon . In particular, the professionalism of the owner and staff (Isador was great) was gold star. The quantity and quality of the food was excellent, And the prices were very reasonable. In addition – – the wine list was great, and reasonably priced We shall be back Paddy n Irene

30/06/2025: Had a lovely meal here last week , 4 of us visited and we all had three courses , the food was excellent, very tasty and presented beautifully, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we will definitely be returning

03/05/2025: Fabulous Italian food and great atmosphere. By far one of the nicest meals I have had. The food is top quality and the price is very reasonable. The staff were amazing and friendly. Cannot believe it took me so long to eat here but we will be back very soon

24/03/2025: The food is nice but the staff are not particularly friendly or helpful. I collected a takeaway order recently and found the staff member to be very unfriendly which is disappointing as I order from this restaurant fairly regularly. Also the food has never been ready for collection, I usually have to wait for it even though I always order well in advance of collection.

If you want delicious cuisine, professional service, in a warm and friendly environment- this is your place.The service offered by Frances and her team is of an exceptionally high standard. Meals are served promptly and guests well catered for. 11/06/2025: If Longford were an oyster then Fabiani would be the pearl. Exceptional store in the heart of the Midlands. Customer service is second to none and the product quality is consistently outstanding. Louise and her highly skilled amazing team have created not just an impressive store but an inviting friendly haven to shop in. They make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I highly recommend Fabiani. X

03/06/2025: We stopped here for a late lunch on our way to Dublin. The food came very quickly and was great. Large portions at a very reasonable price. I would definitely go back!

13/07/2025: We're six Spaniards traveling from Belfast to Galway and stopped for lunch on this very hot Sunday. The food was excellent, although we had a bit of a wait. It was truly worth the wait!

Sadly I missed food but menu looks amazing breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice Bar large and people very friendly staff very welcoming Accommodated me with my dog and there aren’t many places that do and are genuine about being dog friendly Serve very nice Guinness Room spacious and clean The garden at the bottom is huge and lovely Wished I could have stayed longer Very good value for money Thanks for a lovely stay! 28/06/2025: The best Chinese restaurant in Ireland. Our favorite. Everything is always mega fresh and delicious. The portions are big. Service mega friendly. Food is served very quickly. I highly recommend it. 10/10

09/06/2025: I recently had dinner at the Mekong restaurant in longford. I had the Bang Bang chicken which was very good although a little too sweet for my liking. It came with steamed rice but you could have had fried rice or chips. I also had a beer which complimented the meal very nicely. I was offered a complimentary ice cream which I had to turn down as I was full. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend u pay the restaurant visit as the prices were reasonable. Well done everyone
