03/09/2025: As always, the waiters are lovely, and the food is delicious. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, and hours pass by eating and sipping cocktails. I've been there several times over the years and will continue to recommend it.
01/09/2025: Food is delicious, highly recommend the burrito bowl, horchata and churros. Very filling & good value. I've only been here twice and plan to come back again to try the rest of the menu. Nice ambiance for just a chill night out / after work meal / birthdays.

08/06/2025: We had a wonderful dinner and evening at 5 Rock. The service is exceptional and really made our meal more enjoyable. The location is excellent overlooking the Skerries harbour. The food and cocktails were very tasty with the char siu pork ribs being the standout dish! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning soon!

Very expensive and not impressed with quality at all
It's become "too cool for own shoes. " it's definitely style over substance
50 euro for cheapest wine and only 2 whites to choose from and 3 reds we were shocked at how expensive it has become

I’m grateful to the staff for making this night special. And definitely recommend everybody to come! Amazing cocktails, attention to details and endless consideration. 28/07/2025: An out of time evening! After a movie in the most beautiful and comfortable cinema ever ( food is served at your table during the movie!) we had cocktails and dinner at the Stella cocktail club upstairs. The service is highly professionnal and so friendly that they make you feel like a regular customer. The cocktails are perfect and the food delicious. Add to it a smooth jazz background and you feel like you entered a speakeasy in 1930. A great time and we will definitely be back.

Every time I’ve gone, the experience has been different, and not in a good way. I always order the same thing, but there's always something missing from it or something extra in it that I don't want. Attention to detail is poor, or maybe the staff can't hear me over the reggaeton.
The food is also NOT fresh. I won't be attempting another visit 😭

25/08/2025: A close friend of mine worked at this restaurant and still hasn’t received the tips that were owed. Despite trying to resolve the matter, the management has completely ignored the issue. It’s disappointing to see a place that serves customers every day treat its staff in such an unfair way.

10/08/2025: Tried their new Buffalo Wild Burger at Chilli Shacks in Galway today and wow… it was spot on! Juicy, full of flavour, and the spice was just right . The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Place is really clean too, which I always appreciate. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in Galway and craving a great burger with your friends .
