16/01/2025: Kind and attentive servers, smiles all around. They considered everything from making sure we didn't sit in a draft to compliments on my scarf. Fish tacos and cheesy quesadilla with dipping sauce were an umami delight. Relaxed and joyous vibes inside with gentle lighting, cobalt blue accents and beautiful tiles all around. Would recommend to friend every time.

10/01/2025: Masa offers a small but flavourful selection of tacos and quesadillas in a very relaxed and casual setting. Located on Drury Street, across from the Hairy Lemon, you can get your fill of amazing Mexican street food! You get two softshell tacos with each serving. My personal favourite is the soyrizo taco! The cauliflower one is amazing too, but a mess to eat - and each of the quesadillas is a treat as well! Their on the fly booking system is handy, too: If you arrive without reservation and every table is full, they'll take your number and shoot you a message once a table frees up. I really enjoy it every time I come back - definitely check it out!

20/12/2024: Ordered takeaway. Burrito received was ice cold by the time I'd gotten home, even though it was (loosely) wrapped in foil. Opened up to find the cheese wasn't event melted, so not sure the tortilla had been heated up at any stage. Burrito only closed at one end for some reason. Had ordered the burrito with sour cream and guacamole, which for some reason were in separate tubs and not IN the burrito. Why serve it this way? It's gonna be very hard to dip a large burrito into those tubs, and not at all practical. Guacamole also had to be skimmed on top as it had become discoloured, making me wonder how long it had been left out. Overall, very unimpressed.

19/01/2025: It is one of the best Mexican restaurants in dublin. Would recommend to reserve a table in advance. Their Mexican cocktails are just superb. Loaded nachos, tacos combo were also really good.

19/01/2025: The tacos and accompanying chips were lukewarm at best when I received them and the portions were quite small. However, the actual flavour of the tacos (and the consome of the day which I also got) was great! Service was as expected (nothing to rave about) and the atmosphere was good.

19/01/2025: Avoid celebrating a birthday in this place! Never again ! The service was one of the worst! We waited 40 minutes to be seated with my friends. After two hours waiting for the food (after repeatedly telling them when it was coming, even my friends were asking me they were very hungry and what what’s going on), they brought the finger food which was miserable! They charged us €128 euros for nothing! Only around 3 people could eat that, the food was mini. Then when they brought me the cake, they didn't even give us spoons and threw us some wet plates. And then Never again! I recommend you to stay away from this place. Worst service in the world! I don't know how they are not ashamed to treat people like this. Worst birthday experience ever! The worst thing is that when it was time for us to be charged, they were standing there waiting for us. A horror the food for 3 people, it was not filling at all!!!. At least after waiting so long they would have given us something. Not even! Disaster!!!

19/02/2025: Visit to Galway dropped in last minute for coffee after shopping trip to city center, the staff were actually just closing up due to time of year we were visiting . But were so accommodating and friendly we ordered just coffees and a hot chocolate but staff gave us a few complimentary biscuits , which was a lovely touch, coffees were all lovely and biscuits were very tasty , but it was the friendliness of staff made it a memorable experience!

I ordered food and the restaurant and they rang me to say items will be missing as they forgot to put them in the delivery. they said i can collect it the next time when im in the area. They did not give me an option for refund. I never got my delivery either. Bad service. they also would not answer phone to just eat. have to wait 7 days for money back. what a joke. Why is there a service charge on Orders if your already paying delivery charge.

18/01/2025: When I lived in Dublin, I remember going to this place when it first opened and loving it. Then I felt the standards dropped a bit, the staff were a bit lax and I stopped going. Went back there the last day when I took a short trip to Dublin and I'm glad I did because I had a delicious beef burrito, probably the best one I've had in Ireland. Went back the next day and had the chicken one and it was equally as good. Prices are reasonable, staff were on the ball, and the atmosphere was good (although I do tire of that music after a while 🤣). I'm looking forward to returning soon.

26/01/2025: You can eat delicious and fresh food for less than 20 euros in the heart of Dublin, the girl who served me was charming and very patient, considering that I don't speak much English

25/01/2025: I’ve visited this place at least 10 times and used to rate it 4 stars. They’ve recently added cute wooden plates and bowls and expanded the menu, which is a nice touch. However, I was disappointed this time. I ordered the miso shrimp burrito and onigiri. The tempura was cold, and the sauce was barely noticeable. Unfortunately, the quality seems to have declined.

10/02/2025: The food was very tasty and reasonably priced, so it met our expectations in that sense. I didn't like that the cutlery was made of plastic. The place is quite simple. There is no terrace. I don't recommend the onion rings, but everything else was very good.
