23/06/2025: We got a table really fast at the bar even though it would have taken an hour of waiting otherwise. It gets very busy during peak time and no!
reservations are possible.
The food was amazing and I especially enjoyed the fish tacos. Though the highlight was definitely the jalapeno and coriander Margherita. Will definitely come back

03/06/2025: I miss the passion and flavor in the food. We had Eggs Benedict: the poached eggs were overcooked and not runny, likely reheated in the microwave. The Hollandaise sauce had no flavor—no salt, no acidity. The ham was stringy, no crispy bacon. It had nothing to do with what Eggs Benedict should taste like.
The avocado toast was also unsalted, with very little avocado spread (thinly applied).
I would only recommend this café for a coffee. Better to eat elsewhere.
22/05/2025: I can't fault this place. The staff are very friendly. Great food, Great Coffee, Always a seat. So look yes I give it thumbs and highly recommend.

03/06/2025: I really liked the food and service. Unfortunately, I can't stand loud noises, and it started to get crowded here, and it was a real nightmare. If this place had a large terrace or something open, it would be incredible. P.S. It's best to order the spicy food separately so you can add what you can handle.

17/05/2025: been going here for almost a decade but recently they've been constantly increasing their prices to the point it feels like a scam, they have just recently not only increased the price of the burrito by over ten percent but have also introduced an extra charge if your burrito has meat in it (please note it is not advertised as a veggie burrito) they charge you extra for damn near everything beside the rice and beans. on top of that their just eat menu prices are completely different than the instore prices. until they fix their prices i shall not be returning despite being loyal customer of theirs since the beginning

08/06/2025: We had a wonderful dinner and evening at 5 Rock. The service is exceptional and really made our meal more enjoyable. The location is excellent overlooking the Skerries harbour. The food and cocktails were very tasty with the char siu pork ribs being the standout dish! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning soon!
03/06/2025: Food is fab, steak done to perfection. Staff / chef are so accomodating to my dairy intererance when I requested a red wine jus with my steak. Always seems to be an issue in other restaraunts. Thank you!!!

04/06/2025: This place is tiny, but the food is excellent. My sister and I had a delicious lunch there last October while visiting from Michigan, USA, and if we ever slide through Sligo again, this is where we hope to have lunch.

Ellie and Jave behind the bar they where very professional, excellent service , helpful and all with great attitudes . The quality and standards of Tequila jacks in general is 5 star !

19/06/2025: Completely overpriced for average food. Would rather just go to it as a cocktail bar. Selection is large but portions are very small and mediocre. Staff were unpleasant and had to wait 15 minutes with the bill before paying.

We got tortilla chips to start, the chips themselves looked like they came from a bag from the supermarket, and the guacamole was quite bland. The other salsas were very nice though.
We got tacos to share for the main which were very nice, but only 2 for €15 which is very expensive for what it is. We asked could we get one plate with 2 different tacos that were the same price on the menu but were told we couldn’t mix and match which seems unreasonable considering how much we paid.
When the bill came they had added a 12.5% service charge even though we were only a group of 3 and the menu said service only included for groups of 4+

18/05/2025: Nice little fast-food like sushi restaurant with fresh and tasty products. The sushi burrito is a fun twist over regular sushi. The staff were very nice.
I can highly recommend if you crave quick sushi and don't want to break the bank.

Primera vez en cualquiera de sus sucursales pero muy contento y satisfecho con el servicio, el valor y lo más importante la tarifa. Se hizo progresivamente más ocupado con un amplio potencial de los muchos negocios alrededor.
17/04/2025: Gave me cold tacos ?? The chicken was the last scrap from the bottom. Stone cold cheese.
Have food poisoning now 3 days after.
Atmosphere was also extremely strange and the workers acted as if they had just been born.
