28/04/2026: I ordered the special kebab and a mixed kebab meal. Portions are generous and the food is fresh and full of flavour. Good value for money and everything came out quickly. Service stood out. Staff were polite, welcoming, and attentive from the start. One issue needs fixing. We arrived right at opening time at 16:00. The toilet was in poor condition and looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. First impressions matter, and this lets the place down. Overall, good food and great service. Cleanliness needs improvement to match the rest of the experience.

27/12/2025: Great value and kebab was filling

01/05/2026: Beautiful hotel, attended a wedding here. The bedroom had lovely decor, a queen sized bed and was spotless. The wedding seemed to run very smoothly, small gaps between courses to allow digestion and no tables appeared to have to wait long time. There were only 2 bar staff so the service there could be slow enough at times, especially as the promoted the cocktail list which obviously takes longer to prepare. Few niggles were when serving the toast wine, our table was only offered white and when the bottle ran out they didn't come back to us so some of us didn't actually have a drink for the toasts. Also, the same nearly happened with the tea! The girl moved to another table before checking she had offered everyone at our table. Just staff being either inexperienced or not fully engaged which isn't really good enough when you consider how much is paid by the bride and groom. The food was good and well portioned. The separate reception area for the welcome reception is a major plus for anyone who is looking a wedding venue

30/11/2025: I got a pizza in Tony’s for the first time last night and I was very impressed. Fresh ingredients, cooked in a wood fire oven. The staff are friendly too, I will be back for more :)

31/10/2025: Not the first time that half of my order was missing when I left. In fact almost 90% of my times going here, there is always something missing that I then have to go back in for. I was also told by the African looking manager that I should have checked my order before leaving. That is not my job to do so, and on top of that there must have been about 6 or 7 staff members looking at the same screen. How they forget anything is beyond me, as they have so many people looking at and packing the same order. Staff need more training, some people need Demoting as their manners are a disgrace and they are supposed to be the front face of the company

06/01/2026: We were the only 2 customers on a Tuesday night in January. They waited for us, they served us and let us eat without rushing or wanting to get us out quickly (like it happened in other places). Food was amazing, we ordered 4/5 dishes each and everything was excellent! Very big portions, we couldn’t finish and we had to take away the excess, that was packed very kindly. Very delighted and will definitely go back! 😀

11/04/2026: Rooms are lovely and the hotel in general is really nice. But very disappointed though as I got my baby to sleep and wanted to order room service. Called twice with no answer and then had to call reception just to be told I couldn't order food, I could get it from outside if I wanted. They advertised 24hour room service. Really bad for a hotel of this standard in my opinion.

08/04/2026: Check in was at 1600 and check out 12 but we could not sleep as from 0830 work men banging kids playing in the hallway both of us on nights very disappointed in the noise

16/10/2025: This is a amazing place to go! Every time I go here I always leave happy. This is a great place to go for a nice brunch. All I say is don’t take a big group of people because they wouldn’t have room to fit everyone but other then that 10/10 place!! I definitely recommend to everyone! 😁

19/10/2025: We only had coffee/tea and a scone. All very nice and friendly. Alle the salads in the vitrine looked so fresh but we sadly had to move on before trying and tasting them all. We will be back.

16/07/2025: A lovely little spot that my partner and I visited for breakfast. It was quiet and the staff were quick to serve us. The breakfast menu has a nice collection of breakfast stables with something for everyone. We each had a Pancake Stack. Mine with Berries, Compote, Greek Yogurt and Honey. My partner's with Bacon, Maple Syrup and Pecans. The Coffee was good and fresh. Would definitely recommend this spot and we will certainly be back again.

25/10/2025: Served uncooked food, with no cutlery, napkins or sauces. We had to go up to ask for it to be cooked as no one was walking around to help people out. Drinks were served long after the food was.

11/06/2025: It’s a great station . Fuel coffee drinks everything you need . It’s has a small eating area, Toilets The rolls and baps were very good . It has washing car service

03/10/2025: It's just a cafe at the bus station. Nothing special. The food is just snacks, the coffee is just coffee. But it's good when it's raining and cool outside, you can sit on wooden (not metal benches like on the street) chairs and wait for your bus with a cup (paper cup) of coffee.

18/02/2026: The most disappointing bland Chinese I’ve ever had- reminded me of a school dinner. No taste or spicy at all the curry was completely watered down!
