The service is friendly and efficient, with prompt delivery.

The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking, especially for a business that prides itself on customer service. It's clear that the staff needs significant training on how to treat customers with respect and basic politeness. I expected a much higher level of service, and unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

05/11/2024: First time I visited this establishment it was good food.
The burgers I have got from here have usually been cold or overcooked. The chips aren’t as good as they were the first time i visited the establishment. We got a few other bits during the visits but nothing worth mentioning.
But since the first time we visited, I haven’t had a good meal since. Shame really as the servers are nice and friendly.

27/09/2024: Good menu. Orders placed online for collection are always ready on time. Friendly staff, and they have a dining area, but don’t expect a restaurant kind of service.

02/08/2024: They never allow to eat in. Chairs always on the tables. Also very grumpy staff, and they are not so busy as Marshes Dundalk staff, they are so friendly. Monaghan Subway big NO from us!

The charge is pending on our card, I just hope we get the refund. Do not use their online website. The place is closed and derelict.

Disgusting!!! Bread cheap and stale! Taste cold as if it was made yesterday. Sausage roll looked as though it was halved. Horrible.
It was never good but has got worse.
Expensive too.
No respect for their customers.
Third world food.
Would prefer to give it no stars.

05/09/2023: Came over for the Harvest Time blues festival. Canadian blues rocker Anthony Gomes and his band hosted a great jam here. Great atmosphere and service. And such a friendly town.
