20/03/2024: Great food lovely atmosphere the staff are fantastic and the Friday night deals are always perfect enough food for a good price on a Friday night is hard to find but not here.

17/03/2024: Food was mediocre and without proper seasoning. Only coctails were delicious.

05/09/2023: Went for Sunday lunch. Service was amazing and it's a lovely place. Food was nice as well, but they definitely need to expand their vegetarian and gluten-free options.

07/03/2024: I ordered 2 signature cocktail and they were not even made there, but poured out of pre-made bottles. The cocktails were mediocre at best and warm.

04/02/2024: Food is good! Hygiene standards are deplorable! As you enter the shop a strong smell of mould hits the nostrils. The shop is dirty top to bottom. The mirror above has fat streaks on it. The tables are dirty - not talking previous customer dirty but dried old salad on the side of the table. The chairs have built up filth on them. In the kitchen can be seen tablets and phones with food marks on them. The whole are looks dirty. No covers on the sides/salad, as well salads not in the fridge. The back of the kitchen is another dirty spot. Toilets are absolutely septic! 🤮 Again, is not today's dirt. It's all built up. I won't post pictures, I don't want HSE to close the enterprise. There is no cleaning going on a daily or continuous basis. Hope that they start cleaning, the food was good but I really hope I will not get any infection.

12/02/2024: We visited La Bodega Tapas last weekend as we have done on numerous occasions. This is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit in Dublin. The service is outstanding as the staff are very helpful, friendly, and polite, and we are always served with a smile. The menu is varied with many options of hot and cold tapas to suit everyone's apatite. The quality of the food is excellent, and we have never been disappointed with any of the food we have been served over the last 2 years. The prices on the wine are by far one of the best in the area and the quality of the cocktails is first class and I would strongly recommend the margarita. The place has a lovely atmosphere, is well furnished, warm and is perfect for any occasion. On every occasion during our visit, the owner always takes time out to ensure everything is fine. This is by far our favourite place for an evening out in Dublin, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this place for a great night out.

24/01/2024: What an amazing place to go! I’m amazed by the quality of the food. The presentation was marvelous! I’ve got the mushroom tapa and omg soooo delicious. I’m still thinking about the spicy marguerita I’ve had and by far was the best one I’ve ever had. The girls from the front of the house were so nice and kind to us. Will definitely come back.

01/04/2024: Was really looking forward to a visit here. Cool interior,nice atmosphere. The service on the other hand made this visit a disappointment. No hello,no welcome,no explaining how one orders. No idea that the lunch menu was finished. No problem. Carrot cake was fine. I felt I was intruding. They came to the table at 3:30pm to say they were closing in 10mins. I sat down at 3:05pm. They close at 4pm on this occasion. Will have a peek in the spacious windows to see if it's the same staff next time I walk by. But I won't be recommending here until then. Shame really.

31/03/2024: Great location, good collection of tea, good collection of pastries (although a single pastel de nata costs a whopping €3.25). But the staff aren't very friendly.

28/01/2024: Ive become a regular .. love the place, the people and cant fault the food. The specials are always worth a try but Marys own burgers, onions and chips hard to beat. Love it!

16/02/2024: Popped in quickly cause I needed change for a bus that was imminently arriving. Bought a raspberry muffin. Service was lightning fast, no dithering (which we loved due to the imminent bus thing). Muffin was top tier, although it did make a lot of crumbs all over the bus which was my fault. I also got a free bus ticket because I fumbled a lot with my hands full of muffin and wallet etc so the driver just waved me on. The lady selling muffins was very nice, all the sitting in customers seemed happy, and the vibes of the place were generally good. Will return for full experience.
