26/11/2024: We had the most magical wedding in Waterford Castle. Gillian and all of the rest of the staff here are the perfect balance of warm and professional. For two food lovers, the food was out of this world. Our vegan guests also said it was the best vegan food they’ve had! The rooms are sensational. Nothing was an issue, the entire experience was super easy and relaxed. They run Waterford Castle effortlessly.

07/11/2024: No words can express the absolutely perfection that we experienced at Waterford Castle for our daughter’s wedding! It was beyond our hopes and dreams. They seamless took care of all the pieces for our stay and ceremony. We seriously felt like family. Gillian is the most professional, amazing, conscientious coordinator you could ask for. Her attention to detail and true caring showed in everything she did! Sally was so lovely. Fiona made us feel so well taken care of. Ryan served us well, if you know what I mean!!😉🥃🍸. Antonio was so helpful! Micheal is a gem and always put a smile on our face! Needless to say we loved our time at the castle!! ❤️
