04/02/2025: My partner and I planned our destination wedding at Waterford Castle! The team at Waterford was so wonderful to work with, and so accommodating. Gillian is amazing at her job and made our whole day seamless. Everything from the beauty of the Venue to the food was perfect on our day! Everyone at Waterford went above and beyond for us and we truly cannot thank them enough. We would absolutely recommend to everyone!!

17/01/2025: Service was exceptionally poor during our stay and meal. We had a pre booked large dinner party and each guest was astonished at the severely poor service on the night. We had numerous cases where guests ordered drinks that never arrived. Repeated orders went in and yet they still did not arrive. Coffees ordered arrived incorrect and when guests clarified with staff that the spare cappuccino was in fact meant to be an Americano, the coffee was not rectified and instead it was left to the side by staff. A vegetarian meal ordered came with meat. And it took numerous requests for ketchup for it to finally arrive. The burgers were dry and pork belly overcooked. Other dishes ordered were also complained and questioned about. Overall very poor experience and when it came to handling complaints it only got worse. We will not be returning.
