11/08/2025: Food: Excellent dinner, fresh, quick beautifully presented & every bite delicious. Pork belly starter, Lamb Confit main & Rhubarb Cheescake highly recommended! Breakfast buffet was simple, but fresh & plentiful.
Staff: After 15 years in the hospitality industry, the staff were a high point for me!! Attentive but not intrusive. Friendly but not sycophantic, & knowledgeable of the menu. The entire venue's staff are the same, not just in the Pottery restaurant.
