16/04/2025: La primera vez en este restaurante hoy y me pareció que el personal eficiente, servicial y muy amable. El servicio era excelente y la comida excelente. Gran café. Gran ambiente y muy limpio. No dudaría en recomendar este lugar. Ve y disfruta.

12/04/2025: No faltan buenos restaurantes en Cork, pero este es una pequeña joya. Elegí un entrante de hinojo asado y entrante de naranja sangre. La combinación de sabores fue exquisita. Mi plato fuerte eran las vieiras abrasadas. Era una porción muy generosa de vieiras jugosas junto con rosti y verduras variadas y era excelente. Siguiendo el consejo de la camarera opté por una pequeña jarra de un Riesling que realmente complementaba ambos platos. Todo esto llegó a 60€ antes de la propina, que me pareció un valor razonable para la cocina creativa en este nivel.

30/04/2025: This was a nice place to stay while in Cork. The rooms & beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly.
Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of foods and Olivia who was on breakfast service was very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Completely inflexible.
I was here with a group. Got my own dessert, but would also have liked to eat the dessert of a lady who didn't order one (even though she paid for it). This was denied because she didn't order it.
That wasn't the only thing: I had also bought cheese in the supermarket beforehand because there was always the same boring cheese in the hotel. I brought this cheese with me for dinner because there was always a roll with butter for every guest. Since this is not the case here, I asked the waitress if she could put it in the fridge for me if there were no rolls this evening. The waitress then said no, there were rolls, but when I asked again about dessert, such a roll was never served.
Then I didn't dare ask about the refrigerator again.
