11/08/2024: A very busy location, but the service from the cashier was great. I stopped by to pick up a Been There series mug but didn't get any food or drinks as it was way too busy to wait.

10/09/2024: How this company have the nerve to charge €6.35 for a small chai tea latte with a shot of coffee is beyond me. I was at their Lucan shop in the SuperValu store and I had a voucher to use but I won’t be back. The manager is incredibly rude. Was there today Saturday 7th September. I questioned the cost of the coffee and I said I could buy two coffees in SuperValu for that, so he told me to buy my coffee there in future!!! He needn’t worry, I wouldn’t be back if it was the last coffee shop on earth.

25/10/2024: It's a very friendly place. The lady who works the bar is this blonde lady. She is super friendly and this other dude. I don't remember what he looked like but he worked the same night as that blonde lady. He was also super friendly overall just good vibes from that place

03/06/2024: Got a Caesar bowl and ate a few bites when I realised there was a long black hair in my salad. I immediately went back down to Chopped and showed the servers but they all looked at me as if it was my fault. Bare in mind my hair is gelled and tied into a ponytail and braided so it is not my hair, while the server’s hair was not fully put into the hair net with bits sticking out the side. Without fixing her hair or anything and while she did not seem happy to remake the salad for me, she did but was slamming the sauce bottles back down making it very obvious it was an inconvenience. Not even an apology given. I am not happy about this treatment and will probably not go back to this chopped.

08/09/2024: Way too salty! This is our local, we've been ordering from here for years and have always loved it. Unfortunately we're going to have to find somewhere else as all the food has so much salt in that it's sometimes inedible. V disappointed as staff are always lovely and food used to be delicious.

11/11/2024: Nipped in quickly for a drink and a choc chip cookie. Their service was really quick, so quick in fact that before I had even put my choc chip cookie away in my bag, my drink was ready. There were friendly ladies at the counter. The place was clean and tidy too.
10/10/2024: I am (was, now) a regular customer of Starbucks. Really needed the toilet but was refused due to their customer only policy. I can understand why they need to do it but I was by myself and didn't exactly look like I was going to cause trouble or leave the place filthy. A little mercy goes a long way!
I'll never purchase anything from them again.
