15/02/2026: I've been here today for lunch and let me tell you. I never give 5 stars rating in every aspect but this place deserves more than this even! The staff is amazing, they are angles sent from heaven. The nonna working the kitchens is so warm and friendly, the place feels like I'm not in Ireland anymore but I'm in Italy and the food is BOMB DOT COM! and yet the prices are justified.
I fear this is my favourite place in this country 😤😤😤 10/10 just go here once.

19/01/2026: I was staying in the Wilton Hotel Bray for a work trip and I found it to be very amenable. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm, the rooms are perfect for an on-the-go trip and my rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and starts early compared to other hotels, which is perfect when you are working early. I have to say the dinner was probably my favourite aspect. The prices are insanely reasonable for the portions and the taste is great.
Overall very happy with my stays.
09/01/2026: A hotel for refugees,very disappointing.U have to eat an evening dinner out in the bar area which is more like an extension to the lobby with a bar in the corner,1 staff looking after bar,food orders &receiption ,where as the refugess&urkrainins get to eat in dining rooms.Expensive place to stay &be treated like second class citizen.appalling .only positive (a good breakfast)

04/08/2025: This place is nice, and the food and coffee are great. However, the only thing that really lets it down is the customer service.
It felt like the staff assumed that because the shop is busy, they don't need to be polite or accommodating. While I was sitting and enjoying my coffee, I was repeatedly asked if I was finished and if they could take the cutlery. Even after I had finished and handed over my cup, I sat for a few more minutes — only to be questioned by the staff about whether I had even ordered anything. Apparently, the manager saw me sitting without a coffee on the camera and sent someone over to ask for my receipt.
The food and coffee here are amazing, but the customer service is honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced.

El servicio puede mejorar y la organización también.
No dejaron subir a mi mujer a la terraza de la planta superior hasta que no tenemos la consumición en la mano, y tuvimos que hacernos una hora de cola, porque en Bray habÃa un evento de las Fuerzas Aéreas. No tiene sentido porque arriba hay gente que no está consumiendo nada desde que nos sentamos.
Precio-calidad-organización, si cabe mejorable.

01/05/2025: Use to be one of my favourite restaurants in Bray.Came for lunch with my family from abroad on my son's confirmation day,couldn't be more disappointed and angry on the service!waited 20 mins to be asked for drink order,when tried to order a simple salad with grilled chicken the chef refused to make it even they had all the ingredients,as I'm on special diet because of my health conditions I was left without food.I asked the other waitress if she can aske the chef again she totally ignored me and walked away from the table.Won't ever come back here!
