25/07/2025: Bad service Bad Atmosphere Bad food Bad price Won't be caught there again. The guy taking our order had a problem where we sat too because he said thats where the regulars Sit when they come in around this time. Should have walked out. Horrific restaurant. The menu you'd think was only for children too.

27/08/2025: A lovely pub in New Ross. Lovely buzz from the locals, cheap drinks and a good quality bar. The cocktails are fantastic out of here, the best in the town. The woman behind the bar (presumably the owner?) is a treasure. So friendly and accommodating.

25/08/2025: Best Chinese in New Ross. Staff are always friendly, food is cheap and good quality. Can’t fault it other than it would be nice to have indoor seating.

29/11/2025: I was in the new Swan Chinese last night and to say the experience was phenomenal would be an understatement. A particular lady called Anita was so lovely to me and prepared my food so well it honestly made my whole day. Not only was the food so great at such a cheap price, But all of the staff and Anita in particular was so helpful when I didn’t know what to order and was so patient with me. I really enjoyed my time in the new Swan Chinese and I will definitely be back. I really recommend this place whether it’s for a night out a special occasion or just a cozy night and they’ll never fail to disappoint

13/11/2025: The food is not bad, But the menu is not user friendly. I ordered Kung Po sauce with Beef, without realising that they put a ton of cashew nuts in the dish....And no where on the menu does it say that.....Was actually hoping for more beef!!!!!

24/12/2025: Really disgusted by the behaviour of who I assume is the very patronising and rude owner of this shop. I go in every Christmas Eve with my family to pick up some presents, never again. I picked up and expensive box of chocolates which I had decided to buy and was just opening the lid to show my sister (closed by a little ribbon you can slide on and off and the chocolates were still completely covered when you opened the lid) - fair enough he didn’t know I was buying them but the aggression he approached me with was unbelievable, then proceeded to follow me out of the shop shouting about not opening boxes, I guess in an attempt to embarrass me. On arrival to the shop we had already witnessed him being condescending to his staff and patrolling the place like he was looking after the Crown Jewels. ‘In a nutshell’ he puts a shame on the other shops and businesses in New Ross.

21/12/2025: I went in today for some lunch it was spilling rain I just got this most amazing welcome a present was giving to me and I think my heart just stopped a beat just to think someone really taught I made a difference it was like I was back as a child and get that magical feeling and that’s a long time ago I will treasure it for ever thank you all Merry Christmas 🎉🎉🎉🥰🎅🏻🎄

18/01/2026: Food was disgusting, waste of €60, pizza was like rubber chips were frozen, if you wanna vomit I would highly recommend, for your own health stay away. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD.

18/01/2026: Ate here on Sunday evening and biggest waste of money the pizzas took ages to arrive and the when they did it was awful burnt and undercooked at the same time cheese was like rubber would never eat here again chips were still frozen coming out. DONT EAT HERE 0 stars if I could
