Ballyraine Cafe

26/08/2023: Great place with a very relaxed and positive atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was really, really tasty (we had the falafel wrap and soup, toasted ham & cheese sandwich and chips). We didn't leave a crumb behind. The area is also nice for walk before or after your visit. Also loved the paintings and little crafts that were available to buy in the cafe. Will definitely be back :)

12/03/2024: My new favorite coffee shop ☕️ I always stop by when I take a morning walk, and my recent favorite is the vanilla latte.The coffee has a good balance and the slight sweetness is irresistible☕️🤎 I bought coffee beans for the first time the other day, and it's great to be able to enjoy this taste at home 😍 It's a cafe right next to the beach🏖 that opens at 7 a.m. It's a lovely cafe with a lively atmosphere that's crowded with swimmers and locals strolling from early in the morning ☀️

05/05/2024: Food 100% . Everything we had was delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant. We had a few drinks so made dinner nearer the €200 mark for 3 people but food was well worth it. Service slightly slow but everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

30/11/2023: Visited on Saturday for our first time out with the little one and it was amazing. Having ran pizzerias myself in the past I can be very critical however this hit the mark on all aspects especially on service where the host/manager was lovely and congratulated us with a starter on the house. This is what I call going the extra mile and I look forward to returning to this establishment. The bathrooms are immaculate also which is also a positive when you have a child who is quite young.

03/04/2024: We visited the Coffin Shed after a visit to Avondale. The cafe itself was filled to the brim so we were going to sit outdoors. The staff were fantastic and ushered us up to the pub so we would be out of the cold. We ordered for 2 adults and 6 children (we took up half of the little pub!). The food was phenomenal, I have never tasted scampi as delicious before. The pub was warm and cosy and staff were wonderful. The entire experience was an unexpected treat and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely return. Thank you to all of the staff, they topped off a wonderful day out.

26/02/2024: Recently refurbished and the place looks fantastic, rustic mixed with modern. We had breakfast here which wash perfectly cooked high quality ingredients. We'll definitely return to try evening meals.
