17/11/2024: this was my first time going in hear my daughter and son go in hear as I can't have or go anywhere near nuts and tell the girls at the counter my daughter explained they could not help us out enough went true I would say most if not all of the different coffee's and the alagey book to find a way to help me enjoy a coffee and the space over looking the river so peaceful

18/12/2024: Diabolical doesn't even begin to cover our visit here a few evenings ago. Our electricity was out at home due to Storm Darragh so we were starving and had no choice but to eat out. Things started to go downhill immediately when we were offered a booth that had food and rubbish all over the floor under the table. The girl dealing with us reluctantly let us sit somewhere else after we requested not to sit in filth while we ate and we were given a different table. Order was taken promptly enough but it took over half an hour for the food to arrive. My partner's hot dog was overdone to the point she could barely cut through it and the stainless steel cup she was given for her milkshake was already dirty but she didn't want to make a fuss. I did though however when I discovered a disgusting hair in my fries and sent them back. I was apologized to profusely and told I was going to get replacement fries along with a discount for our whole meal. Fair enough I thought, mistakes can be made. While I waited for the replacement food, we witnessed customers being told to use wooden cutlery because they had no actual cutlery washed, people who were waiting a long time to even have their order taken being told they weren't getting food because the chefs apparently refused to cook, staff members openly bickering with eachother on the restaurant floor, people waiting upwards of 20 minutes to pay their bill and to top it all off, the replacement food I was told I was getting never arrived so we got up and left. Told the girl at the till the replacement food never arrived and they knocked some more money off the price but even with the discount our already crap evening due to the storm was just ruined even further by the incompetence of the staff here. Needless to say we're not coming back in a hurry. If you're not going to bother training your staff properly then don't expect people to bother coming back. EDIT: Management did get back in touch with me and refunded the cost of the meal and offered their apologies which is greatly appreciated.

17/12/2024: Unorganised which is unfortunate sometimes if we try to go in they'll say orders have been stopped as kitchen is backed up again. If quiet it is OK but you have to try find someone to ask for anything every time, i just go up to the counter now. The staff are nice I just think the training and a manager not being present at busy times doesn't help. Hopefully this will change

05/11/2024: I have had breakfast and lunch here and I have also had catered food of theirs for an event. All has been absolutely delicious! Customer service from the owners and staff is outstanding. I would highly recommend.

03/11/2024: Nothing good. They should change the name. Because there is nothing Delightfully the tea was cold and the food was brutal. Will never eat there again.

17/11/2024: I would avoid this location unless you are really in the mood for a Big Mac. Always a long wait on the food, staff are a little unpleasant and snappy. It seems to be badly managed and understaffed as they seem to be running from point to point in the kitchen. Food is just average, and they have gotten my order wrong on a few occasions. Although on my last visit, there seemed to be a new lady working there who was quite friendly and things were a little smoother.

21/10/2024: A delicious piece of battered cod, great chips and a lovely chicken box.

14/12/2024: What a joke of a place. The guy missed the address and after I told them that he is at wrong address they said that the driver was waiting for 20min. Just imagine how hard your job has to be to make pizza and deliver. No wonder u can't get better jobs. Joke

06/12/2024: Pizzas arrived squished to the box and with 2 unordered drinks, the squished pizzas were half the size they should have been, driver returned to get the drinks and I informed him about the very poor quality of the pizzas to which he responded "no bother". it was a bother

03/11/2024: the second time here I liked everything

24/09/2024: Finally a Chinese open on a Tuesday! We usually order from another Chinese in the town but all closed on a Tuesday or don’t take cash payments. We ordered here tonight and it was here within 20 minutes. Food was piping hot and the spice bag is enough to feed 2 people. Absolutely delicious I cannot fault a thing. We will definitely be ordering from here again. So tasty. And also have to say some things are a good fraction cheaper than other restaurants around.

02/12/2024: While the food was lovely although a bit expensive, the lady who delivered the food was really nice, the Chinese man who took the order was VERY rude, I ordered a takeaway on Fri, I asked the guy how much it would be and how long it would be, so I could have the money ready, he told me 40 mins. When 15/20mins after that time I rang him back to ask how much longer, he rudely and nastly replied " it's on its way" and hung up on me, I spent almost €50 there, I won't spend another cent there to be spoken to and treated like that.

14/09/2024: Very poor spice bag. Reheated chips and no spice. Multi pack club orange is not a good look. Curry triangles had no curry.

23/11/2024: The dishes were quite good and tasted great, but the service needs improvement. The serving speed was rather slow, with a wait time of up to half an hour. Even after the dishes were served, tableware was not provided promptly. I hope the service process can be improved to enhance the dining experience.

23/11/2024: We had the most uncomfortable experience here, the staff was incredibly unfriendly and miserable, waiting ages for our food, the waitress brought us our food and was acting very strange with us, didn’t bring forks down with the food, would bring the food over and just ignorantly stand there with it and not say anything before plopping it down on the table, then when we were getting up to leave the same waitress came over and stood behind us sighing and didn’t even wait for us to get our stuff before she started sweeping, she seemed friendlier with other customers so we were confused why she was acting that was with us as we had done nothing wrong…we got cannelloni which didn’t taste fresh.. won’t come here again
