10/11/2025: Lovely little café that caters for breakfast and lunch. Great coffees too. You order downstairs and then find a table upstairs. Cute decor, helpful staff and great healthy food options. Have a look at the small store afterwards.

04/12/2025: Very disappointed with the new version of scampi. All 4 of us ordered it remembering the previous occasions we enjoyed. very hard bread crust coating, totally overdone. Couldn't eat mine, please use a more tender tempura style coating.

09/11/2025: The Grove is a hidden treasure. Food is reliably good, the staff are friendly and helpful and the music on Thursday nights adds to the atmosphere. Worth a visit 😊

02/01/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food itself was not very good and lacked flavor, which was already a letdown. On top of that, the wait time for service was much longer than expected. When the food finally arrived, it was only lukewarm, which made the overall experience even worse.Given the quality of the food and the slow service, the prices felt overpriced and not justified I was hoping for much better, but I don’t think I would return based on this visit.

12/01/2026: Firstly the portion size of each meal is so small. We have ordered the biryani which is not at all near to the Pakistani biryani, it was rice mix with chicken without any biryani spice and the sauce served with it has no salt and any spice in it, also ordered balochi chicken but it was tasteless as if we are eating a boiled chicken in white pasta sauce. We ordered there cocktails but they are not worth the money. Overall, the food was so undertaste. We haven’t been served papodoms as it was last time I visited were served, and the last one the dessert I’ve ordered was the gulab jamuns along with the ice cream, the presentation was so nice but it should be served in a bowl with the Gulab Jamun’s syrup with the scoop of ice cream on it. It was my second visit the price is too expensive than the last year 30% increased with no taste. I’m soo much disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anybody and definitely not visiting back again

01/01/2026: This place is by far the best indian i have tried in ireland! And ive lived in India! Food: quality is amazing, portions are enough to fill but not over load. Best naan ever! Service was good and attentive. The vibe and decor is amazing! Highly recommended! Main courses are 23euro with a side. Pricey but better than what u get in other restaurants for a burger!

04/01/2026: Have been coming here most weeks the last few years as my kids like the crepes but prices have gone up again, Nutella crepes used to be €6.50 then increased to €7 in 2025 but the other day we were charged €8 each to take them away! Perhaps justified for dining in as you’re using plates, cutlery, getting table service etc but not to take away. Disappointing.

31/12/2025: Very disappointed with this place. Food took almost 25min to arrive and when it did it was not very good, won't be going back.

08/11/2025: Delicious gelatoes. We had the lemon sorbet and the honeycomb, the kids literally licked them both up. Cozy sitting area with warm autumn sun and lively view out the windows.

08/12/2025: Food was ok, atmosphere was grest, but 4 of us still hungry leaving, for the price we paid. Also got rushed out after ee had finished. Even though we had booked a table, they needed it 1hr 15 minutes later.....

29/12/2025: Food was good and staff was friendly. The only issue was an unannounced service charge of 12%. I would pay it happily if I knew about this from the beginning not until when they bring the bill.

31/12/2025: Very impressed with this bar and restaurant. Was really busy - the waitress was very helpful and got us a great table - we ordered food from a great menu and it arrived quickly. We had the smoked salmon and chips and it was delicious and a good size portion. A great experience and will be back.

29/12/2025: Really liked this place, food and drinks were very good. Staff were extremely police and attentive. I have been back here several times. Some constructive criticism however; the beef burger is only okay. It would be much better with a burger sauce of some kind. It has a slice of tomato, a gherkin, some cheese and lettuce, but no sauce on the bun at all plus the patty itself is overcooked so is dry inside, resulting in a flavourless dry burger. As a staple of their menu, I'd expect more thought put into it. An easy fix to make customers happy, so I hope this is heard.
