Avenue in Maynooth

This place is a little gem, food is unreal, well priced and staff are lovely. The ribs are top drawer.

Truly an exceptional dining experience from start to finish! Many places claim to have it all….Avenue does!!! The warmth of the welcome when you arrive is second to none, an we were shown to our table immediately. The choice on the menu is varied and each dish sounds more amazing than the last. I had the duck confit which was so good it fell off the bone, and that was followed by the most perfectly cooked steak I have ever had! I can’t find any fault with our experience at all - we will definitely return!

Great little restaurant, food was good. Good selection of cocktails too. Bar was running slow on the night we were there but staff were very good throughout. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Visited with my boyfriend last night for our anniversary. The staff made us feel extra special and brought us over some prosecco to celebrate. The service was excellent and food was fab as always. Have visited here many times over the years and will continue to do so!

Relaxing Atmosphere, Friendly Professional Staff, Lovely Cocktails and Good Food is how I would sum up my visit to this restaurant. We decided to book the restaurant for our 22nd wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were engaging, friendly, helpful, and professional. It didn't make a difference, the fact that the restaurant was packed. The chicken wings to share we're lovely, the 'Ribeye' steak was cooked perfectly and really nice, my wife's hake dish was delicious and the desserts were also really good (sticky toffee pudding and chocolate brownie), not too mention the lovely Cocktails and friendly bar staff and service. All in all, 5x star

The food was delicious & good portion size too. They have great gluten free options which certainly helped. Service was excellent, friendly, efficient & knowledgeable, so I have to give a special mention to Marie & also to the bar manager Jarlath, whose fabulous cocktails match his super personality. We'll definitely be back.

Nice local restaurant with lovely staff. I do feel the quality of the food has gone downhill the past while unfortunately but overall it's worth a visit.

Lovely evening in The Avenue celebrating my niece's birthday. Food was very good. Starters were very generous & the main courses were very well received. For starters we had - ribs, calamari, wings & duck. For mains we had hake, chicken burger, Asian stir fry & risotto. Cocktails were very good. Service was very professional & friendly. All in all a very pleasant experience.
