Came with a friend and we shared 4 different starters all fab . Duck confit , barata salad and calamar all Excellent . Of course the famous chicken wings . Atmosphere lovely . Staff attentive but no in your face . Had a lovely evening .

Food has improved a lot, very enjoyable. Front of house staff extremely welcoming. Unfortunately our particular waitress was very unfriendly, and seemed to forget about us after mains so we had to go find someone to get dessert menus after waiting a long time. The bill had extra items on it which had to be amended.

Wonderful meal on a Sunday evening -so accommodating of us at short notice with no booking. Very quick service, fab chicken wings and very good value for a family of 4. Lovely staff and were even kind enough to let me charge my phone

Dined here a couple of weeks ago. Everything was great but the nachos are literally Doritos which is a bit of a disgrace for the price, they could easily make them from scratch. Other than food and service was great.

Very kindly allowed us to have our little dog sit with us outside for lunch. Great staff - felt very welcome. Loads of choice on the menu and tasty food. Full drinks menu. And snuggly blankets provided if you’re chilly outside 🥰

McMahon's

07/08/2025: We "happened upon" McMahon's in Maynooth on our trip from Galway to Dublin. What a GREAT find!!! We walked in with 7 people and were welcomed immediately! The food is great! The menu is very diverse! The people are very nice and the restaurant is quite beautiful ! I totally recommend McMahon's if you're in the area!!
26/07/2025: A welcoming and very large place. I brought 20 young students and they treated us very well, even dedicating an entire room to us. The food is good and very scenic...and the prices aren't excessive.
