10/09/2024: My wife and I had a great meal last year when visiting the area. We decidied we must eat at Blue Serenade again. We booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Peter is wonderful as a host and a character. We shared a bowel of mussells as a starter, followed by mains of Lamb Shank, and Chicken Duxelle. We both had Chocolate Orange Cheesecake as a dessert. For drinks we shared a bottle of Merlot. it was a very relaxed meal, - be prepared to have a wait between each course. The food is obviously freshly cooked to ordered. High quality standard of food, and wine. The total bill came to €94.50 which we thought was fanstastic value for the evening. The restuarant is small and intimate, with plenty of character. The choice of music is 1970', 80's eske which is line with the whole experience. A bit quirky but brilliant all round.
