Of all the pubs I've been to in Cork, this one was the most atmospheric, authentic and Irish. Great service, very polite. Completely out of the way, away from the center, but the atmosphere of the "locals" is great.

10/11/2024: We had s lovely breakfast . I was with a group of 5 people. The food was lovely . My poached egg was perfect and runny . Like they are supposed to be. It was comforting and there was no rush. Very good value for money . I had been there before for later food . I did find a bit more expensive than I thought it would be. Considering the time etc. but I will return for sure.

Le Chateau

20/11/2024: Only had drinks, Baileys coffee and an Irish coffee. Both were very good and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped recommend a nice place for us to eat (Market Lane) for our 25th anniversary and ensured we knew right where it was and how to get there.
