Over ten years since I went to college here but this is the best pub for watching sport on a Saturday. I don't know if it is still the same now with loads of different TVs but back then you could go down there and camp out for the day watching football and rugby.

01/04/2024: 3 adults & 3 children had dinner there on Sunday evening. Food superb & server most attentive & facilitated individual requests.
01/04/2024: Lovely place to visit, busy as food is delicious, I had chicken and pasta very tasty, hubby had chicken with mushroom sauce, only 4 pieces of small potato wedges but lots of veg. Dessert very tasty

03/04/2024: The loaded jalapeno fries were uncomplicated but surprisingly delicious. The fish and tartar sauce were very tasty as well. But the star of the show was the cocktail - shout out to the Sweet Dreams!
03/04/2024: I went last bank holiday Monday with 5 friends. Almost all of us had the Birdy Basket- absolutely delicious. I had the bottomless brunch and it was phenomenal! My glass was never empty and service was sensational- staff were attentive without being disruptive. At the end of the meal, we agreed that we shall return.
