Coriander - Nepalese And Indian Restaurant Douglas in Cork

We popped in to Coriander on the way home from Cork airport with no booking and were promptly and kindly seated. The staff could not have been nicer and the food was excellent, there were five of us, and the five dishes we tried were all delightful. We will definitely be back!

Dropped in with no booking on a Wednesday night. Very friendly welcome with complimentary popadums. Onion Bhaji starters were excellent and 2 portions between 4 was ample. Fantastic selection for main course with butter chicken and biriyani particularly good. Would recommend.

The thali at Coriander Restaurant was really good, packed with great flavors. The mango lassi was absolutely class! Make sure to book ahead as it gets busy on weekends. The service was attentive and friendly. Especially loved the paneer labadar, saag, and aloo — all excellent dishes!

This place was great! The food was amazing, the vibe was nice, and the staff were super friendly. We loved it ♥️

The curries were delicious. Almost everything could be made gluten-free, the lady serving me was fluent in English and understood all about gluten free. The service was exceptional. I cannot eat nan bread, but the others at the table had it and spoke about it all evening. Would defiently recommend.

Me and my wife had our dinner today at Coriander in Douglas! The butter chicken was rich and creamy, perfectly paired with soft butter naan and flavorful garlic naan. The samosas were crispy and packed with tasty filling. Washed it all down with a sweet, refreshing mango lassi. Everything was full of flavor – highly recommend!

Coriander is the best Indian restaurant I’ve found in Cork—maybe even in all of Ireland. The food is excellent, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices: the Chana Puri and Okra mains, along with the house-special aloo potatoes and cauliflower sides, are all vegan and bursting with flavour. The staff are lovely, offering poppadoms and chutney while you wait and checking in throughout the meal. There’s a good wine list, a warm atmosphere, and practical perks too—a taxi rank right outside in the evenings and a bus stop directly across the street.

Literally the best tikka masala i’ve ever had.

Fue una experiencia increíble cuando entramos en el restaurante el chico nos da la bienvenida y nos muestra una mesa pedimos unos cuantos estados y pocos platos principales todo estaba lleno de sabor sin duda volveremos Recomendado en platos , pollo momo, non veg thali, dal mahani, POLLO jajaja pop

Disfrutamos de una comida familiar aquí. El cordero era suave y estaba bien preparado; tenía un vindaloo, que tenía una patada, pero no picadura en la cola más tarde en la noche... lo que mi esposa estaba complacida. Recomendaría este restaurante, aunque un miembro más del personal habría ayudado a acelerar el proceso.
