Dining Room in Castlebar legal

Went for an anniversary meal for four on Saturday evening. The service was first class, the waiter and waitress were amazing. The food was out of this world, best meal for years, will be booking for when we are in Ireland again.

The Dining Room hosted a group of us for a Christmas night out and without exception our meals were excellent. There was plenty of choice over two set menus and each plate was completely cleared. Service was very attentive and friendly and we were happy with our lovely zesty reisling white, so much so we got through quite a few bottles!!! We will be back.

Beautiful food, expertly prepared, hospitable service, and a beautiful room. If it wouldn’t require a transatlantic flight I would gladly dine here weekly. We came with a group of 8 rather last minute and they took excellent care of us. We’re already preparing for our next meal in a few months.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The Stirzarker family and their staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, creating an atmosphere that’s as friendly as it is comfortable. It’s clear that the team at the Dining Room truly cares about their guests, while the food itself is simply outstanding. Every dish was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can tell the chef here is passionate about his craft, as the food felt creative and thoughtfully prepared. The combination of excellent food, fine wine and such friendly service makes dining at the Dining Room a truly special experience. If you’re looking for a place where you can not only enjoy an incredible meal but also feel truly cared for by a welcoming team, this is the restaurant for you. I had a fantastic dining experience at the Dining Room in Castlebar. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I ordered the chicken supreme and the fillet of Hereford beef, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The flavours were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was exceptional. The service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Dining Room to anyone looking for a great meal in Castlebar.
