Love this place, staff are lovely and friendly. The kebabs are fabulous. Just this evening the chips were so undercooked I had to pop them in the air fryer when I got home. Still love the place though

I had the opportunity to eat a delicious kebab. This seemingly popular dish provides indescribable delight to the taste buds. Delicious meat topped with fresh vegetables, I recommend it.

I had the "Chicken Burger Meal" at Giovanni's, and I have to say, it was absolutely AMAZING! The burger was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and the fries were fresh and crispy. A cold can of soda rounded it all off perfectly. I haven't had such good food in a long time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and filling meal in Galway. I will definitely be back!

Cash only, card payments not accepted, so I won't be returning. Good-quality traditional soft fish'n'chips, though you wouldn't know from the disparate advertising. Good portion size. Served within 5 minutes on a Saturday evening.

Martine's Quay Street

12/12/2025: Had a lovely evening here wirh cosy atmosphere and welcoming manager Hugo of Portuguese origin. Food and wine were delicious , fresh and very tasty produce. The starters were especially tasty, both salmon fish cake and tempura hake with the lightest batter I have ever tasted.! We really enjoyed the experience. We will be back! Thank you Hugo and chef!!
11/10/2025: We were so satisfied with rib-eye steak and all staff was very kind as well. I definitely highly recommend Martine’s. Thank you so much all the staff. :)

26/11/2025: We recently celebrated an 9year old birthday party here and the manager Ellen was just fantastic, as were the other staff working that Saturday. She was so kind, friendly and efficient and couldn't have done more for us. I stupidly dropped the pizza on the floor while attending to a child and she very kindly replaced the pizza within minutes without any fuss. We were so happy to have chosen this supermacs and thank you so much to Ellen for making it run so smoothly. We will definitely be recommending to all others who will be birthday parties in the area. The restaurant and toilets were all very clean and of course the food tasted great as always. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.
