Hungry Knight in Sneem

Passed through Sneem earlier today as we headed for Kenmare. We ordered the fish & chips to share. Plentiful portion for two people, fish was so fresh, coating so light. Chips were very crispy and fluffy in the middle. Definitely give it a try, you'll find it at the top of the village. Staff were very friendly

Good fish and chips and good gluten free notices. Had to ask about curry sauce which was gluten free even though noted as having gluten in it (board said curry chips no gluten, curry sauce with gluten)

Definitely not “The best F&C in Ireland”. Great service though!

The best fish and chips ever! Fish is so fresh and the homemade tartar sauce, that comes with it, is the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍

Good fish & chips, fast and friendly service.

Simple menu, more suitable for a snack. The pizzas are apparently frozen and are not made fresh, but they are too expensive. All in all, the service is super friendly and you'll be well fed without having too many expectations.

The oven cooked fish was terrific and we were very happy and relieved as we had driven from Kenmare after having been told about this place. The hand cut chips were delicious. Dave and the friendly female server do a fabulous job running this place and it is well worth a visit at 15.00E for fish and chips.
