The food updstairs in the restaurant was excellent. I love the decore. Dark and cosy. Little snugs here and there.

Great pint of Smithwicks. Nice bar area with great service. Has a large dining area that I didn't use but it was always busy, so I assume food was great.

Great atmosphere, recommend the lamb shepherd pie all locally sourced.

Had dinner with 3 friends last night! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Food was pretty good but way too expensive for what you get! €10 for desert is ridiculous! Then after 1hr & ½ we were told there was another booking, so basically get moving, even though other tables were there b4 us and hadn't been asked to leave!

Good location but costly for what you get

We had an excellent burger and mussels with truffle fries! It was delicious, inexpensive, and very quick! Add to that a pub atmosphere, and the experience was fantastic!

Weekend with the lads and spent most of the time here. Annie and the staff were fantastic hosts who also taught me that a port and brandy sorts the stomach out for day two ha ha. We had bits of food which was great and the Guinness was perfect every pint. Thanks for the memories

Atmosphere and food were absolutely wonderful! Our server Laoise gave excellent recommendations for dinner and was absolutely lovely. Locally harvested mussels were out of this world. Salmon was so flavorful and perfectly prepared. Guinness was spot on and the music was lively and entertaining. Eoin was an absolute delight! Highly recommend!

Good food, service glitch quickly fixed and unexpected comp, but fast food joint condiment packs cheapened the experience. Crowded, but fun place. Appeared to be well managed. Experienced wait staff. Our only caution to future diners is that condiments come in tiny portions contained in virtually unopenable plastic tubes. If you are able to get one open, expect a mess on you, table, and plate…. and forget about getting enough ketchup or mustard, or whatever for a real meal. You will get no mercy (and no usable cup of ketchup) from wait staff. I can tolerate ketchup in tiny plastic packets that splatter all over when I get cheap fast food hamburgers. But this is not a fast food joint and a hamburger and fries costs almost $25.
