This was a favorite stop of ours on our road trip. The pizza was amazing! I had the piccola diavola. It was delicious. My boyfriend had the margherita and really enjoyed his, too. We ate outside. It was busy, but also very relaxing for us.

Excellent pizzeria in Cork. You order your pizza and when it's ready, you pick it up and bring it to your table. We had a really good Margherita at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. There's a pub next door that sells craft beers.

Let no one say they don't know how to make pizza outside of Italy, because this one was amazing. I chose the ingredients myself because the other options didn't entirely convince me, and I was happy with that. There's only one dessert, and it's a bit pricey but good. Maybe it would have been better if the crusts had been a little thinner so there would have been more for those who leave them.

Top-notch Irish hospitality!!! The person managing the tables was super professional yet relaxed and had a great smile!!! She was wearing a leopard-print blouse because she was as agile as a leopard 😜!!! And the pizza was excellent!!!!!

Not the biggest range of pizza toppings but pizzas look really nice authentic ones. Nice outdoor area with music but tends to be pretty busy so hard to get a table if you're having a pizza

Get quite fed up of Neapolitan pizzas but this place was really very good. Toppings were great, texture was nice and light with a little chew to it, nice and airy. Service was lovely, it was quick, quality little spot in the back garden of Franny Well with live music on too. Nice to finally check this one off.

Il Padrino

18/09/2026: Our party of four was looking for a place to eat dinner. While we enjoyed the Irish pub atmosphere, we wanted something different. We found this place by chance. Although we didn’t have a reservation and they were busy, they welcomed us and were very accommodating. Honestly, everything about this place exceeded our expectations: the food, the service, the friendliness of our servers, the atmosphere…I’d give them 10 stars if I could! We’re from the States but if we ever come back to Cork, we’ll be back!
15/09/2026: Wonderful restaurant love the food. Had a penne pasta w/chicken. The pasta sauce was tasty beyond expectations, wonderful The folks that work there really want to please. Loved it

Bacco Ristorante Italiano

01/09/2026: The food was delicious. The restaurant was quite empty, but we were served very quickly and courteously. We received a small complimentary treat from the kitchen and our food arrived promptly. I can't comment on the pizza, but the pasta was very tasty. If we were in the area more often, we would definitely eat here more often.
31/07/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped at this small restaurant tucked away in an alley. Excellent, authentic pasta carbonara and cannelloni. Quite generous portions. Pleasant and attentive service. I recommend it.
