Ravi's Bar and Restaurant in Clifden

We stumbled in by chance. We wanted something to eat, and the bar was right in front of us, so we went in. There weren't many customers in the restaurant, but it still took a while before we were assigned a table in the corner, which was too small for six people. Then, for a long time, no one came to take our order – a no-go! The service was rather mediocre 😏 The value for money wasn't really good either 😏. The prices were relatively high, the portions relatively small, and the taste was rather so-so. In short, we wouldn't go there again.

Ravi's is THE pub where you have to dine to have the atmosphere as a bonus. Live music every evening guaranteed. On the other hand, like everywhere in Connemara, plan to dine around 6:30 p.m. to have a good table.

Went there tonight and the food music and service was absolutely amazing the service from Patrick Mannion who is a cousin was the best and one of the guys at the bar aswell gave us a great service aswell the night was so amazing and the food is so good I always loving coming here for the music and the food and I'll always be coming here as much as I can I love it so so much and all of the staff are so nice and friendly and the chefs are so great and the food that the chefs make is absolutely delicious

Everything was just top notch!!! Stopped here randomly and accidentally explored this gem! We were a group of seven from Dublin and never had this good quality food in a bar restaurant. Their menu has something for everyone's taste. The owner customised vegetarian dish of the day as per our requirements and it was gorgeous. They had brilliant live music too. We also ordered their brownie and we were really impressed with the presentation. Staff was kind and gave brilliant service. They overcharged us by mistake, when I addressed it the next day they refunded the money right away. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic evening at Ravis last night. Everyone was impressed with their food. The fish and prawn curry was delicious! The staff were excellent, super friendly. The live music was great and the crowd were really into it. Looking forward to coming back soon hopefully.

This restaurant exceeded all my expectations .you dont often find a place where every element comes together so simple & perfectly ,excellent flavour of authentic food @very resonable price also great choices of fresh sea food on the menu such as mussles ,connemara smoked salmon ,crab cloves ,lobster.dover sole ,fresh oysters.chowder, menu had slow brazed connemara lamb &dry aged beef from local supplier,also u can have great pint of traditional guinness beer while listning to irish music on every weekend ,i specially love the beer garden with amazing overlooking clifden bay keep it up great work guys ravi , patrick &team see you again
