i ate here on July 10th and I would like to say that Alex and Michela the service was excellent and the atmosphere they provided was 5 star amazing service and they sang happy birthday to my friend in Italian

When we arrived there was very loud .music, .ore like a disco bar than a good Italian restaurant. When asked, a staff member promptly lowered the volume. All seven in our party were happy with our food. When it came to deserts, two younger members asked for a particular item on the menu to be told the kitchen is closed. We were not impressed as we were about to pay a sizable bill and it was just 10.00pm

I had dinner here with my brother and his friend and family, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was nice although for me it was a little too salty but I still enjoyed it. It was a Farefelle Smoked Salmon. The music was enjoyable and had a really nice waiter. I would come again when I visit Cork someday again.

Been visiting the place for 5 years now, and still the same notable experience on all levels, today despite being flat out busy, the members of the staff were as always friendly and chill, contributing to the overall character of the place with out most care. We ordered one of their many well thought after steak dishes, got confused a bit and didn’t share our dietary preferences while ordering, we enquired about the sauce and we were at peace to go without it yet straight away they offered an alternative replacement which came fast looking and tasting delicious complementing the already nicely done steak. Rossini have been a place that witnessed many memories over the years and I guess more memories and good experiences to come.

Paramos aquí para comer este fin de semana. Llamamos un par de horas antes y nos las arreglamos para asegurar una mesa en una concurrida noche de domingo. Era un restaurante bullicioso, el servicio era bueno y amable. Hay una buena selección de platos en su menú y ambos disfrutamos de nuestra pasta. ¡Gracias!

06/05/2025: Very cosy wine bar with interesting tapas type food. Nice friendly staff but best that you book ahead to guarantee a seat in the main bar (ground floor) Fantastic wine selection and staff are VERY clued in on the fruit of the vine 👍

16/06/2025: An Unforgettable Italian Experience at Da Mirko in Cork! We visited Da Mirko here in Cork and I have to say our experience was absolutely outstanding. We had a wonderful time in every way and can't wait to return! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and authentic, making us feel at ease straight away. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, making the service impeccable without ever being intrusive. It was clear that Mirco and his team are passionate about what they do. But the real star was, of course, the food. Every dish we tried was a delight, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You could taste the true essence of ITALIAN cuisine in every bite, with rich, balanced flavours that transport you straight to Italy. Whether it's the homemade pasta, a succulent main course or a divine dessert, Da Mirco really knows how to wow its guests. If you are looking for a corner of Italy in Cork where you can enjoy authentic dishes in a warm environment and with impeccable service, Da Mirko is without a doubt the right place. Highly recommended!
