One of my favourite places to eat. Good food and atmosphere without being over-stated. Best to arrive a bit early as the line can go out the door and down the street during busy times, still it's well worth the wait to get a table at The Junction.

Stopped in for lunch. Well managed, clean and friendly. Our food was lovely and the staff clearly knew lots if their customers well. A great place for evening solo dining.

Merry Monk

29/04/2025: The Merry Monk has a large parking area, and inside, there are lots of tables it gets very busy around lunchtime and for Sunday carvery. The food quality is good. the portion size could be bigger .
21/04/2025: Highly recommend for a stay. Beds and rooms very comfortable staff all lovely and the food is top notch
