What a fantastic steak Top notch great friendly staff Highly recommended

Fantastic place to eat. One of the best fillet steaks I have ever eaten. Cooked to perfection. Looking forward to visiting this place again in the future.

5 of us dined here on our first night of a 2 week trip of south Ireland to Scotland. Finnbarr, our waiter was great! He was very helpful and hilarious! Definitely request Finnbarr as your waiter and get the steak. It was perfect!

Great food and service, give it a try

Our server- Alan (Black short hair and tall) was absolutely wonderful and couldnt commend him more if I wanted to. Wont leave here hungry as portion sizes are decent. Was instantly seated when we walked in during a busy enough service. Wasnt waiting more than 15 minutes for food. Would recommend buttermilk chicken burger because was as fulfilling as it was delicious. Cocktails were amazing. Will visit again.

Visited the Porter House on two occasions in may …everything about it was amazing ..I had the chicken supreme and my daughter had a vegetarian fajita… erything A+ …love the booths , the privacy and the wonderful service from our lovely server who I believe was called Patricia ! See you next time I’m back in Ireland !

This is the best you're getting because it is so good.

The food was good, but compared to others, my beef and pulled pork burger was rather small and priced on the higher side. The service was friendly at first. After we received our food and were finished, we were forgotten. The waiter came by twice, but always left our empty plates. Despite plenty of staff, many people were standing around a bit awkwardly. The tables next to us were cleared, but ours was ignored. The restaurant wasn't full, by the way. We didn't even get to order the bill for a long time.

Food was ok, nothing special but took hunger away
