Everything in the menu is amazing! High recommend the seafood chowder, the best one I ve ever tried! Starters, mains and desserts are super tasty! The service is so good and staff really friendly and welcoming. 100% recommended!

This is place is simply my favourite place to eat fish and chips in Kinsale. The quality of the fish is simply sublime and the portio s are huge so you're pating for what they give you. Been to this place 4 times already and the quality is consistent, so I highly recommend it!

Amazing cozy feel inside the bar, hearth inside bar is a feel good factor during winters, only thing was that on Monday they didn't had kitchen operational, couldn't try any food, although menu looked very attractive by the choice it had to offer.

A friendly old school Irish pub with a decent Restaurant attached; serving good Murphy's / Guinness and a reasonable Pinot Grigio. Simply the best Ham n Cheese Toastie in Kinsale; without doubt. Very friendly restaurant staff: always chatty. To be recommended. 4.5 out of 5.

This was the best meal we had in Ireland. Do yourself a favor and get the stew, it was excellent! The service was wonderful, and the pub had a great vibe inside.

Locale tipico di questa parte dell'Irlanda. Menù ricco e buona qualità del cibo proposto. Molto bello e pieno d'atmosfera irlandese il pub annesso. Consigliato!

Went here because it was closest to our VRBO and it was a rainy, windy night! Very good. Service was excellent and friendly and food was good. I had the beef stew and enjoyed it immensely. Had fudge cake for dessert that was a bit dry but no big deal. Very enjoyable.

16/02/2025: Food was lovely, but €28 for 12 small pieces of scampi did not deliver. Pay close attention to the lack of an "s" at the end of the spring roll menu item.

Trident Hotel Kinsale

07/02/2025: Lovely hotel on the waterfront. Very comfortable stay, excellent well trained staff. Delicious breakfast cooked to order. We would definately visit again.
28/01/2025: The Trident was our stopping point for the night on our road trip from Kilkenny to Killarney. It was clean and comfortable, the front desk was helpful and it was only a short walk to Kinsale city center.
