We've just had an amazing time. Very relaxing and full of character ambience. Food was delicious and service was just lovely! Highly recommended.

Typical Irish restaurant inside a hotel, but with a separate entrance. The food is more varied than the rest and a delicious duck with apricot and vegetables should be highlighted. Dave, the waiter who served us, was very kind and made sure everything was right, wonderful! Highly recommended if you are visiting Kilkenny!

Hotel decor is a little dated and showing its age now, but food isn't bad with a good range of options.

Visited for family meal, variety of meals to suit all. Good selection of drinks which were reasonably priced. Staff very friendly.

We were really surprised for the delicious dinner we had. The chowder accompanied by homemade bread and the spicy chicken wing were a good starter and the crispy duck with the lentils and garden vegetables was really crispy but also with juicy meat The lamb felt of the bones and tasty with the potatoes and vegetables . Very good quality, good price! We had our dog with us, so we could enjoy our dinner at The backside of the restaurant in a covered open air place. Not exactly a very nice ambiance, but nevertheless with a nice attention from the staff. They didn’t forget us however we sat alone and brought immediately some water for the dog Overall a very good dinner experience
