There was 11 of us and the food was excellent. The rib eye steak was the best I have tasted in a long time.

14/11/2024: My full Irish breakfast was very good in this comfortable and well laid out bar. Chatty and friendly staff. My first time here but I contemplate coming back again for a couple of pints in front of the cheerfully blazing solid fuel stove. A very nice place.
08/11/2024: Recently met up with an old friend today for a catch up and we chose here to eat. Place is really comfortable and cosy and spotless clean. Food was amazing, especially the Alabama Fudge Cake!!! We had mains, desserts, soft drinks and tea and the price was so reasonable. What stood out the most above all else was the staff! The two ladies that served us where so friendly and welcoming. Really went out of their way for us and made us feel so comfortable, such lovely ladies. We both enjoyed our time there so much that we have decided all future catch ups will be here. Would recommend on all fronts!!

08/12/2024: Stopped off here on the way back to Cork from Letterkenny. A great amenity. Food and teas/coffees were great. Toilets immaculate. No wonder the place was so busy! Still big enough to easily find a seat.
20/11/2024: Ideal for a quick stop.
Large service station with lots of free parking.

There was a group of boys in there early teens sitting across from us , 5 in total . My wife & 3 young kids came in for a meal . During our meat the behaviour of this group was awful to say the least . Shouting , throwing food , using explicit square words . This was a bad experience for my family & I .. If I was the Manager I would have asked them to relax or to leave .Very disappointed to say the least
27/10/2024: Useless doesn’t come close. I ordered 3 meals, I was given the bag of food with two drinks. I informed them that I paid and ordered 3 full meals, therefore there should be three drinks. They gave me the third drink.
When I got home, I realised there were only two bags of chips in the bag, instead of three.
The place wasn’t even busy, so I don’t know how they could have got it so wrong!!!!
Absolute joke of a place!!!
