26/08/2026: A regular Supermacs. Bright & airy with plenty of parking & seating.
Staff members were helpful.
My only issue is that the toilet bowls are designed for children or dwarfs. They are way too low for the average adult, especially if you have any sort of stiffness. The result is cubicles with lumps of discarded toilet paper.
22/08/2026: What a beautiful little spot stopped on the way to knock got a fab breakfast staff were so nice and friendly was going to stop for dinner on way back but we weren't hungry enough unfortunately ...

21/08/2026: Great spot to stop off to refuel both your vehicle and yourself. Plenty of hot food options. The dining area is bright and clean and there's also a decent mini-market.

Food was good. Staff were polite and freindly, seemed embarrassed about the rations. Here visiting for the week and i use to come here a few years ago and seems to have gone down hill.
Shame really. Was one of the better mcdonalds.
25/08/2026: This McDonald’s feels like it hasn’t changed in 20 years (as a good thing). Service is exceptional and there’s always 1-2 workers walking around cleaning and maintaining the place. Everyone’s friendly and food comes out quick

24/02/2026: Never gonna go to this apache again, order got all mixed up and i was the only person ordering there at the moment, don't wanna know how it ends up when it's busy, got extra things that i didn't asked for, and no things i asked for, didn't even got a receipt to see what did i actually payed for over €60. Guy on the counter is either deaf or doesn't understand english,terrible

12/07/2026: Supermac's is set in the heart of Castlebar very convenient if you want a fast food menu the actual menu is displayed on the screen above the food area and the menu is good value also the staff are very friendly there is ample seating both upstairs and downstairs as well

Food was great.
12/05/2025: We had the pleasure of celebrating our son's communion in here.From start to finish Andrew and his team were excellent!
Children and adults had a wonderful time and great experience.Thank you so much for making our guests and our little boy feel so happy and special on his Communion day.
