01/04/2024: Excellent coffee, wonderful chocolate and gorgeous looking bakes. Staff are delightful, friendly and the atmosphere is very airy and comfortable. The chocolatiers working behind the cafe is really neat and the shop smells gorgeous. You can't help but buy a sweet or two.

17/03/2024: It was AMAZING THE STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY NICE THE BEDS IN THE ROOMS WERE SO COMFORTABLE THE AREA WAS FANTASTIC 1000% RECOMMEND MY FAVOURITE HOTEL EVER I WISH I COULD GO BACK 🫶🫶💕💕this hotel made me find a love of battered fish 😁I asked for a mock tail and said they didn't do them but they made it for me anyway and it was delicious

06/03/2024: We enjoyed our stay at hotel Doolin. Excellent warm welcome. All staff from reception to restaurant staff are very friendly, genuine and accommodating. The reception area, Fitz pub and restaurant are cosy with good craic. We especially loved Eoin Davies set. Amazing talent and made our night. The food is lovely, although as a vegetarian I would have loved to seen more dishes on the menu for vegans and veggies. We unfortunately didn't get to try the Stonewall pizza restaurant as only opened at the weekend. The breakfast was fab. Yummy pancakes and that wheaten bread is out of this world! The room was large and clean with a lovely welcome touch of a card and chocolate (unfortunately the chocolate was a few months out of date though). Some little updates needed, as carpet burnt from previous guests, maybe a rug could cover it? Bedside units need repainted or replaced, some towels raggedy and a stained sheet. Heat in room was also too hot and couldn't be turned down. We did mention this to staff at the time and they did their best to assist, even offering a fan. These are all very minor issues that could be fixed easily. We honestly loved our stay and again the staff were a joy.

18/03/2024: This is a beautiful old style Irish bar-restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. My wife and I had Chowder that was full with fish and very tasty, and a drink, my wife had an Irish Coffee that was made with sprayed cream and it wasn’t nice, I have to say that it was the first time I saw Irish Coffee made in Ireland like this I hope a don’t see it again.

04/04/2024: We called in advance to check availability and were lucky to get a booking. Food was just fabulous. I had lamb cutlets, cooked to pink perfection just as I asked, and my friend had traditional bacon and cabbage which she thoroughly enjoyed as well. Highly recommended this place. Views across to a 13th Cistercian Abbey, the land-mark of this quaint picturesque village are the best. Be sure to book in advance though, its always busy and its the only restaurant in miles.

31/03/2024: If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life and the bacon was phenomenal. And that’s from someone who actually hates bacon.

11/03/2024: Was here for a function over the weekend and can't fault it. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were very polite and efficient. Highly recommend the beef and chowder. Really lovely spot.
