02/11/2025: They squeezed us in today after we did a long wet hike in Shehy Highlands - It was recommended by a local lady we met in a garage and it turned out to be the perfect spot. Warm cosy and lovely smell of food as soon as we walked in. Lovely staff, good menu and fairly priced. I had the prawn black ink pasta- delicious! My sisters all really enjoyed their food and we will be back.

29/08/2025: The food and its presentation (dishes and desserts) were excellent. The service very gentle and kind. I had a superb espresso corretto with brandy. The rhabarber cake or pie was really good. Keep on and thank you very much!

27/07/2025: A great place. We stopped there for a delicious and hearty breakfast. Fantastic coffee, reasonable prices, and very friendly service. Thank you to the lady from Kaszuby for taking care of us. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable, with a portion enough for even the most hungry. ๐๐ Ryszard

We were served in a very friendly and welcoming manner, even though there were eight people and service can be complicated, all the dishes came out at the same time. I shared a dish with another person, and when I told them, they brought us two individual plates with the shared dish. I thought it was a nice touch. As for the food, it was very good. I especially recommend the cheese and beetroot focaccia. It was perfectly balanced and flavorful. The Schnitzel was very crispy and juicy. Highly recommended for a leisurely meal. Thanks to the #cracked... bistro team for their service :)

13/12/2025: Amazing food 5 of us ate and everyone was more than happy. Steak was so tasty and cooked to perfection the mushroom was unbelievable onky thing I would improve on was the chips. Some way too crunchy but overall delicious. Staff are very friendly was a lovely lunch. Will be back.

18/07/2025: I ordered a fish and chips from the Bandon van I can tell you the fish was tasteless it tasted like water the chips I donโt understand how people eat those chips they are rock I also waited 20 min for a fish and chips they where probably defrosting the fish they had no orders when I ordered sheโs Evan asked me do you want tha deal of the day fish chips or do you want the big one I got the fish chips cost me 16 euro it was pure I couldnโt eat it had to go in the bin that fish is not fresh is frozen fish

14/11/2025: I booked a meeting room. The space was prepared as discussed, everything organised when we got there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very good experience, 5 starts, we'll eb back.
14/10/2025: Stopped for lunch on my way to West Cork. Nice food and served quickly. Also very reasonable priced. Worth a visit if you're in Bandon

10/06/2025: Went here for lunch Sunday with my two children. Tried the carvery which I have to say was very nice. My children ordered Goujons and Chips from the Kids menu. In fairness their portion size was good but they did not like the Goujons themselves. I tried a piece of one and I found it to be a little tasteless. On a positive note the waitress who served us was lovely and great talking to the kids however the the person serving the carvery was engaging in a very loud conversation with other staff and using colourful language. My children noticed this and were a bit upset talking about it afterwards. While this language is probably acceptable for a bar setting on a Saturday night it was inappropriate in front of children and really unprofessional for someone serving front of house. So a mixed bag really. Good solid Carvery and lovely waitress but disappointing kids food and an unprofessional member of staff.
