The best restaurants in Bantry legal town

23/07/2026: Tight space so you might wait a bit if the driver ahead of you went inside to pay and decided it was a good time to get a soft-serve ice cream. Even so, the friendliness of the employees makes up for it. I would happily go to this fuel station again.

25/08/2026: I've been here a few times, and always absolutely enjoyed their delicious food and nice service. However, when I was here last, I came at 2PM at the time they were scheduled to open. I had to wait until 2:30 for them to actually open their doors, and then my food got delayed an additional 10 minutes too. Despite this, this place remains one of my absolute favorite spots in Bantry to have lunch or dinner when I'm out in town!

25/07/2026: A beautiful and very quiet garden in the middle of busy Cork. Easy to relax here with a perfect cup of coffee (or tea). Very friendly service!

30/07/2026: Disappointing. To be honest, we went there because the pubs weren't serving anymore and this restaurant had a good rating, but frankly, we don't really understand why. Expensive dishes that aren't worth the price. We ordered fish and chips thinking it would surely be good quality. The result: one of the worst we've ever had (considering restaurants in other countries). Bland fish, thick, soggy, and not very crispy fries (we wondered if they were frozen, which they probably were). We didn't dare order dessert so as not to regret coming there even more... There are surely better places in the area and undoubtedly better value for money.

06/06/2026: Had a 3 course here, everything was perfect! Even threw in a birthday surprise. Great staff and good food, good alcohol as well.

03/07/2026: Great spice bag, more peppers and a bit less salt would have made it excellent!
