24/03/2024: Terrible. Walked in and ordered. People standing around waiting no clear system. Most people either rang ahead or ordered online. I was left standing for 30mins. I order a breast in a bun and a large chips. The chips came in a box... unusual. When i tried put them on a paper bag the all came out as one Block. Soggy mess. Then i tried the breast in a bun. I bit into a large bone. Clearly not a breast. Wont be going back.
29/01/2024: All the female staff are very nice but These guys are trying to give people heart attacks don't eat this muck unless you want to see a doctor. The staff are also very friendly but not the customers. Other than that I really enjoyed the vibe and there is a smell in the lovely restaurant. Please eat at your own peril because I can't stop eating there god damn fried stuff. Much love donal

01/04/2024: Was in here tonight bank holiday Monday place was packed everyone behind counter had a smile on there face and to top it off food was fantastic 10/10
09/03/2024: Customer service very rude food was well not worth the money ordered chips with cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted chicken tenders were rubbery and without any taste

30/12/2023: I ordered Eskimo pizza in mallow cause my friend Patricia recommended it but when I tried it I was shocked first off all I found pubic hairs on the pizza box second of all I opened the box and there was half a rat which is revolting and my children were sad overall this is disgraceful and I will never be ordering again 2/10

15/03/2024: We ordered regular base pizza but the pizza was thin as paper. Topping was just sprinkled. Pineapple was rotten so we have to through pizza into the bin. Staff was very rude when we called instead of apologising the person on the phone said next time buy pizza from somewhere else. They have no respect for the customer. I will never recommend to anyone to this place to anyone as your health is in danger.
18/02/2024: Yesterday for dinner I ordered two kebabs for pickup. the "chef" who was making the kebab, came up and answered the phone with a glove that was just touching the meat, and when he finished talking on the phone he took my order and money, wearing the same glove he went to make food... I got a chicken kebab, after opening it there was some chicken, a portion like for a child ... I don't recommend, small portions and normal price.

20/09/2023: Stopped in for a drink-stayed for 2 more because a kind man insisted he buy us more, welcoming us to Mallow. Joanne, the bartender was helpful in getting us info to go to Donkey Sanctuary even though it was technically closed on Tuesdays. Had a great time-everyone was so friendly!!!
13/09/2023: Great place for a pint , staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit if you are in the area and also music there on certain nights. Have a look at their Facebook page for details.
