On the bill it said €0delivery and at the end on the bill they added €5.

07/12/2024: There is a new male staff member who has started working here in the past few months and he is absolutely fantastic. He has dark hair and is so friendly. He always goes out of his way to help. All members of my family have noticed this staff member individually and how much he has made a difference. He is really brilliant at what he does. This cafe can be very busy and despite this pressure, he is always cheerful, polite and generous.
14/10/2024: I Just Having Chicken Nuggets and Chips For Brunch Today Well Friendly Staff Here It's In The Alcorn's Garden Centre and Tropical World.
But Tropical World Is Closed For The Winter and Will Reopen In Easter 2025.

15/02/2025: Superb evening meal, fantastic food - we had ribs for starts, the New Yorker burger and the Thai curry for mains. The ribs were amazing, the curry was full of flavour, very authentic! The burger was superb! Really friendly attentive staff, plenty of beer choice, beautiful cocktails. Fantastic atmosphere, topped off with an amazing live singer. We headed onto the theatre for a show but could have stayed all evening!

02/02/2025: Myself and My partner said at this hotel over the weekend. The staff are extremely helpful and so kind. Ryan at the desk was so helpful and great communication. The hotel is so clean and rooms are amazing. Food is so nice and live music on we ended up staying in the hotel at night as music was great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Car park was great and lots of shops we could walk to. We will be coming back here again 5 stars with everything. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

17/02/2025: what a bunch of cowboys you are, just been into KFC in Letterkenny tried to order at the till, but told no, have to order at the board, when the order came, there were 2 drumsticks which I don't like, and tried to explain that as I tried to order at the till and explain this, the server went to another team member who then said that I had no choice, even though while ordering it doesn't say comes with drumsticks wether you like or not. I then asked for my money for over €22 back. Also the manager was in a meeting and could not be disturbed, how convenient. Complete disregard for customers
26/12/2024: The worse feed we ever had. Could hardly find the chicken in the fillet burger. It was cold and no sauce. There was about 20 chips in the tiny wee bag that came with the meal. Folks steer clear of this rip off joint €24 for food that wouldn't fill the hole in your tooth!!
