The best restaurants in Dublin

20/10/2024: Encantador lugar, bueno aunque ligeramente lento, servicio. mi ensalada Superfood con gambas era genial. Otras comidas buenas también, pollo pescado y patatas fritas, todo muy agradable.

23/08/2024: Paramos en el restaurante Hilton Kilmainhan antes del concierto de Nial Horan. El personal era muy agradable y realmente parecía disfrutar de su trabajo. El gerente del bar (Raja) era muy acogedor, Pranav nos esperó, y fue muy atento sin ser intrusivo, que puede ser un buen equilibrio. La comida era muy sabrosa, tenía la hamburguesa de la casa, que era excelente. El Guinness era muy bueno, y la porción de vino era generosa. Algunos de los participantes tomaron el helado de postre, que disfrutaron mucho. Los precios eran razonables teniendo en cuenta que era el día de un concierto. En resumen, una visita agradable.

20/03/2024: The order was mistakenly put in twice. We immediately asked for them to correct this and they assured us they would. They did not and we were charged for two orders. Extremely disappointed.

01/11/2024: Terrible servicio. El personal toma descanso justo en frente de usted cuando no pueden hacer frente a un puñado de mesas. Olvidan traer el plato fuerte, esperando más de 20 minutos, sin disculpas solo mentiras. Terrible servicio terrible.

31/10/2024: Evita este lugar a toda costa. Fui a cenar esta noche, y fue un desastre de principio a fin. El servicio fue terrible debido a la grave escasez de personal, solo tres camareros tratando de administrar todo el restaurante. Esperamos más de 20 minutos solo para hacer nuestro pedido, lo cual es inaceptable. Una camarera joven era especialmente poco profesional, pasando su tiempo riendo y coqueteando cerca de la cocina en lugar de atender las mesas. Otros huéspedes también estaban visiblemente frustrados, quejándose de pedidos equivocados y los tiempos de espera excesivos. La comida fue igualmente decepcionante. Las pizzas llegaron mal cocinadas. Pedí la ensalada de aguacate y cangrejo, que no era comestible. El cangrejo estaba seco y grumoso, el aguacate tenía manchas negras y las hojas de ensalada estaban flácidas y marchitas. Este restaurante es una pérdida absoluta de tiempo y dinero. Hazte un favor y vete a otro lugar.

13/05/2024: Regular customer just been treated like dirt by person on phone. Always order using their app. Each order get a text and for every 10 you get a discount. Discount codes automatically apply and you cant charge them so even though discount code was on account when tried to order it wasn't taking ir off order so I called. The person on the phone was horrid. Rudest person I ever came across. Told me they didn't sent texts and hung up. I called back said Did you hang up she said yes because we don't send texts. I explained it was from ordering app and had she an email address I could show her the texts she said roughly come to the shop!! And hung up. I'm agoraphobic. I don't care about the discount I care about being treated like dirt from staff. No one is bothered. But you don't speak to customers like that when they are not being rude

17/09/2024: No estoy seguro de por qué los asiáticos se centran en un hotel de aeropuerto en Dublín. Sin duda el desayuno era tradicional. Menú general y comida bien, restaurante ocupado y asientos al lado no son particularmente cómodos

07/07/2024: Este es un maravilloso pub victoriano. El ambiente es frío a pesar de que parecen estar ocupados todo el tiempo. bonitas mesitas instaladas fuera. El personal era muy amable y servicial.

09/11/2024: Been to Kate’s a good few times. Best place for breakfast around. A group of 20 of us travelled from all over. Food is delicious, fresh and plenty of it. The staff are kind and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for really good food and service!

29/10/2024: The woman who greeted us for our 3.30pm booking sloped around the place with a sour puss on her and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She went off to check table when I gave the name, telling us to wait there. We waited and as she was taking a bit of time chatted amongst ourselves, my daughter then alerted me to the woman standing impatiently in the middle of the restaurant , again with sour puss firmly fixed on and we followed dutifully. She put the menus on our table and once again sloped off with not so much as enjoy your meal or would you like some water or a drink. We were then left sat there for 15 mins and no one came near us. I tried to catch waiters attention a few times but they were just wandering around in a daze avoiding eye contact. We eventually stood up and walked past 2 waitresses who never acknowledged us. They also looked miserable. Then I passed the woman who sat us and she said nothing so I turned back and asked her if she was even bothered that we were leaving and all I got was a scowl and an abrupt why? whats wrong? Comment. I could do nothing but shake my head and vow never to return. ( not that they would be bothered ) 😅 If she is the manager I can see why the staff are miserable and not bothered either.
