Masala

Dublin
31/03/2024: Masala has this fantastic approach - the owner, if taking the call, will address you by your name once they have your name recorded. This makes it very personable and a good experience to order food!! We would typically order Dhaba dal, paneer lababdar, rotis, etc. and the food never disappoints us.
25/03/2024: Always the best food and service!

21/03/2024: Awesome food, true to Indian taste. Difficult to get reservation. There is just unusual condition to dine the bill value should be at least 25 euros person, the person at the till came twice to say this which was annoying since I was on a date.
21/03/2024: Lovely food, and very attentive staff made for a great experience

Konkan

Dublin
17/03/2024: Solid option for Indian food in Dublin
04/02/2024: I would label myself more as an introvert rather as a person coming out publicly sharing my experience. But if it had crossed even minimal hygiene ? Even though there was an hair in the delivered food, I called them and I was like - I know it happens, but it is not good to have that in the food which I ordered for my child. All I did get a response is "do you want to have a replacement or a deduction in your next order !" What the ... ? Not even an apology. No. If I have had not reciprocated your barbarism, it doesn't mean that I am accepting. I did go through the government procedures at that time required to press charges but then the night before I took a step back and thought of the families behind this devil-may-care attitude people. I don't want them to be the one affected because of this. The reason I am posting now after a long time is because anniversaries do evoke memories, and when my wife and daughter asked me atleast to share this here so as to let know people to be cautious. And, the staff / owner of this restaurant - don't you dare to come asking for apology now or asking to compensate. I am well off and don't need any of yours.

Rasam

Dublin
24/03/2024: Let's start with the quality and attention of the service. From the moment you step in until you leave, you feel completely welcomed by every staff member. They are always attentive to understand where we were in the dinner process, and with a kindness that makes you feel at home. And the food? It's outstanding. I must highlight the Mango Prawn dish. That sauce, which also has coconut milk, is something I've never tasted anywhere else. A sweetness that, combined with the prawn, was incredible. The lamb was, as we say in Argentina, "like butter," it was so tender you could cut it with a fork. For starters, we ordered the rasam platter, which had small tastings, and the one that surprised me was the duck roll. Delicious! Additionally, we paired our meal with a bottle of French wine, which we finished entirely between the two of us. And the last part, the cheesecake, just give it a look to the photo. The ambiance is super cozy. The lighting is in its perfect dimness, neither too dark nor too bright. The tables are large, and the chairs are very comfortable for digesting after eating so much. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!
04/03/2024: We are regulars although we are northsiders now. Always worth the trip.

Pickle

Dublin
03/04/2024: Must say i was disappointed with the biryani , was not what i expected from this place and wt 28 euro , then the chocolate desert looks like 1 slice cut in half and too small for the price paid .Overall, not sure I would come back
01/04/2024: Stunning food here. We got poppadoms and chicken tikka for our starters. Both were gorgeous and the chicken tikka had a good bit of spice to it. For our mains, my partner got the lamb rogan josh and I got the butter chicken. The portion sizes are quite big here and we ordered two basmati rices but really one would’ve done. We also got a butter naan bread. The food was gorgeous but again portions were so big, we didn’t end up finishing our food. Gorgeous Indian, 100% recommend the butter chicken but make sure you book your table or you will be disappointed.

Doolally

Dublin
05/04/2024: Beautiful place, great atmosphere. Service was amazing. It was a nice evening will definitely go back.
31/03/2024: The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The menu is quite comprehensive and you have variety of choices to choose from. The food is tasty and delicious. Although the portion can be bigger but it will be enough if you order extra Naan or rice. The cocktails were also tasty and fresh. I’ve deducted two starts because when we were done with our entree, we had to sit for a long time to have the menu for desert. When we received the menu, the waiter wanted to clean the table, just grabbed a napkin and put the rice from the table on the ground rather than cleaning the table. When the desert arrived m, the Chai was a total disaster and super cold. Overall the experience was nice!

19/03/2024: Everything was perfect. The food I didn’t expect to be that good, probably the best restaurant in Dublin for Indian food, everything tasted so amazing, we got starters 2 mains and a drink cost us 100 euro but it was all worth it. Amazing again we will come back again. Staff very accommodating, we asked for some warm milk for our baby and they placed us with plenty of room around to have a high chair. Totally recommend this restaurant!!!

Spice Village

Dublin
28/03/2024: Excellent dinner with colleagues from work. Excellent service....v enjoyable evening. Will be back!
07/03/2024: Ordered the Meal Deal for 2. Starter: Veg samosa and Murgh malai tikka. Mains: Butter Chicken and Kadhai Paneer. Got 2 Naan and 2 pulao rice and few pieces of poppadom along with the meal deal. Veg samosa, murgh malai tikka and butter chicken were really delicious. Didn't like the Kadhai paneer at all, the Tadka used was way too much and ruined the taste of the entire dish. Ordered mango lassi as well, that too was yummy. Overall food was very good.
