The best restaurants in Dublin

11/03/2024: Ordered and prepaid for an €80 birthday cake with personalized message, for collection today. Ordered within the timeline guidance on the website (Friday) and received confirmation email. Went in to collect around 3 today (Monday) - no cake. No email or phone call to let me know there was an issue. No refund to my account. No manager in the shop. The guy working was unwilling or unable to contact the manager and unable to process refund. No alternative suitable premade cake in the store. I asked him to ring Dun Laoghaire branch, to see if they might have something, no answer. What an absolute joke of a business. I have a large birthday party in a few hours time and so have had to go scramble around to buy another cake. Disgusted with the customer service. If you have an issue with fulfilling an order for goodness sake pick up the phone and let the customer know.

14/12/2023: We have ordered from here many times , it has definitely improved in recent years the food is delicious and the service is great, really friendly 🙂

06/08/2023: Looking at the reviews they don't do it justice for sure. We eat there a least once a week the food is always hot when I get back home I have a 10 min drive I would normally have the butter chicken & chicken tikia, meat somosas . It had closed for a while not sure if it's under new management but it think it's worth a look for sure. Hope it's as nice for you as it is for me 😊

10/03/2024: We had a wonderful time here it was my sister's 65th Birthday. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Very attentive and professional

20/11/2023: Catastrophic experience in this bar restaurant. As you can see in the photo, the meat was inedible, completely burnt! My friend was not able to eat, note that burnt meat represents a carcinogenic danger. We reported this to the waiter, who had not even asked for the cooking that my friend wanted. When paying the bill, the waiter only gives us a 20% reduction (€7) on the meal. So I point out to the waiter that we are not going to pay for this inedible dish, it's not fair because my friend hasn't eaten anything. The waiter said it was too late and that we should have told him earlier (we had told him that we were in a hurry and had to go to the airport). In short, horrible experience, bar not worthy of a 4-star hotel! TO FLEE

25/03/2024: I recommend Thunders Bakery Omni Shopping Centre! Fresh products every day, happy and friendly staff as well. Recommend it 🙌🙌🙌

22/10/2023: Service is very good, but there are no adequate food options, especially no hot meals at all. As it is the only place to eat in this area of the campus, it is very sad and a wasted opportunity for the service provider. The place also stays closed during summer, which makes no sense because the area is still full of researchers and other staff.
