The best restaurants in Swords

22/08/2026: Stopped in here today for the first time. No idea why I've never been before but it was fantastic. Salad bowl/plate with hummus and falafel, so much I almost couldn't finish it and I'm a big eater! Incredibly fresh, brilliant presentation, and all for £9.50 and no animals hurt during the production! What could be better. Constant stream of customers so that says something. Great work guys! Keep those chains away!

15/08/2026: The most amazing falafel and hummus I have ever had with great service and friendly staff. The choice of toppings is vast and all vegan/veg friendly. Great food for healthy eaters!

25/08/2026: A wonderful place. I visit regularly for breakfast, lunch or coffee and cake. ( especially pistachio cheesecake 🍰🥰) The menu is varied, and everything is delicious. You can really feel that the staff puts a lot of heart and hard work into this place. I’m always confident I’ll get tasty, high-quality food here. See you next time! 🙂

17/08/2026: Friendly & Genuine I had a brilliant experience here at Hogs & Heifers The atmosphere was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nicole one of the waiters was especially lovely and made sure we were looked after throughout the evening she was so friendly and helpful and really added to the experience. Would definitely recommend Hogs & Heifers and will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

05/07/2026: Best pizza ever. Just spent 2 weeks in Italy did not have any pizza to match the pizza from this place 😋

12/06/2026: First it was long wait… got there at the time of collection and was then had to wait another 25 mins. Secondly they got my order wrong… ordered a pepperoni pizza but received a margarita. Very very disappointing. Was the first time and can’t say I will be in a rush back

13/08/2026: A lovely traditional Irish pub just around the corner from Dublin Airport. The ambiance was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It had a wonderful mix of tourists and locals, which gave it a very authentic feel. The food was delicious with generous portions, and I was particularly impressed with the kids’ menu. Instead of the usual fast-food options, they had proper choices — my kids had the penne and really enjoyed it. The portion was just right for them. There was also a great selection of local beers, and plenty of paid parking right next to the pub, which was very convenient. The only downside was the wait for food — we waited about an hour, although the pub was very busy that day, so it may have been an unusually busy service. Overall, definitely worth a visit if you’re staying near Dublin Airport!

29/06/2026: I have only eaten here once and enjoyed the food experience very much. My mains was for better than my starter. We were 3 in our group and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be back.. .

11/08/2026: It comes with great disappointment to me that I would ever have to write such a negative review. However my experience was unfortunate with a young employee. I think his name was Glory or something similar. I am a size 10 women’s shoe, and on Tuesday the 28th of July I went into the JD shop to buy runners and I felt absolutely humiliated. He snickered at my shoe size and make a sly comment to his coworker calling me Bigfoot. I was shocked that this is the standard at JD.

09/08/2026: Big Shopping Centre with plenty of big name shops and smaller boutiques. Nice atmosphere and all shops and cafes we visited had lovely staff.

13/08/2026: I ate and drank well... Pub area... restaurant area. We had a great time. Recommend it! 👍🍻

08/08/2026: Probably the best kept secret in Swords. After 20 years living in Swords and passing by, and even stopping outside Graingers, my family in Bono's words finally found what we are looking for. We have now been dining at breakfast and Dinner with Graingers and their food is spectacular. . The staff are great, the place is kept spotless and the food quality is excellent. . A true hidden gem

28/07/2026: We ordered mixed grill, Dhaka Lamb, garlic naan, daal and other mixed dishes. Exceptional taste and quality. Service was top notch and friendly.

30/08/2026: As usuall, never an issue with food or service. Always great and at a reasonable cost.
