The best restaurants in Swords

14/11/2025: We were going to the Offspring concert at the 3 arena after a bit of research we decidedly to eat at this resturant. When we arrived just before 17:00 we parked in one of the resturants allocated parking space. When we first went into the resturant there was a few other patrons already dining. My party was myself, my wife, my 15 year old son and his friend. We had a large portion of chicken wings with bbq sauce to start with. We all got stuck in the wings were great with really tangy sauce and nice crispy bits. We had 2 cokes, a large glass of New Zealand white wine and I had a glass of water as I was driving. After we had finished our starter the waitress quickly came and cleared our table, she also brought me more water. My wife had the pulled pork tacos and fries the portion was small but really well prepared. My son and his friend both had the ribeye steak cooked rare it came out and was cooked more medium rare it came with fries crispy onion and peppered sauce. I had chicken and waffles with chipotle slaw and spicy sauce. Overall our meal was really good and the service was excellent. The 2 boys had oreo milkshakes as a dessert. By the time we were leaving the resturant had started to fill up and was becoming more lively. The bill for the meal with tip was €165 really good value for money.

13/11/2025: First time visiting and it was amazing. We were greeted straight away and shown to our seats.The food was fabulous as well, especially the Pulled pork tacos, to die for 🤤. Huge shout-out to Lara, she was amazing! Very welcoming and attentive. I'll definitely be back! 😀

24/10/2025: One of the best places to have breakfast in Swords! I’ve been here many times ,the breakfast is amazing, and the staff are really nice and welcoming.

23/10/2025: The staff were unreal. Smiley faces and super efficient. The food was perfect in flavour and portion sizes and the Pistachio Croissant was like something I've never had! Would return just for that!! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

21/10/2025: Great pints and great atmosphere. Ended up there on a Monday night and the the jam session was fantastic. 8 guitars and a mandolin. Can't beat it.

08/09/2025: My boyfriend and I had a great time here on our last night in Ireland before returning to the States. We got there too late to eat but there was live music, lots of great beers and whiskies, gracious bartenders and a terrific atmosphere. We highly recommend and hope to go back again.

01/11/2025: Hadn’t been to Empoli for years. Went last night and loved the food! Pizzas were sooo delicious. Staff really friendly. We were in a hurry to go see the Fireworks and they were so helpful to get us served and fed quickly. We will definitely be back!!

04/10/2025: I had a guest saying in my house. I wasn't around when they ordered from Empoli via Uber Eats. My guest gave an incomplete address with no eircode so the driver couldn't find the house. My guest has a non-Irish phone with no roaming so couldn't be contacted. So the food wasn't delivered. When I got through to the restaurant and corrected the address, they sent out freshly made food at no extra charge and as quickly as possible. This was stellar customer service and really appreciated. And my guest really enjoyed their order too!

03/11/2025: We had a family celebration in The Wine House recently. The food was excellect and plenty of it. Staff were efficient and professional. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Would definitely go back.

27/10/2025: We had a very nice evening for a birthday party! Food was delicious, portions are huge, and staff were friendly and helpful. Our recommendation for a nice dinner 🤩

28/09/2025: We are not people who go to the same restaurant over and over. Pomodorino is the exception. If we lived in Swords we would eat here weekly. The service is phenomenal! The food is amazing. We had pizza and a salad the first night. The second night we had pasta. Both so well done. Perfectly cooked. Flavors outstanding. Not greasy. Not over seasoned. Just all perfect. The people made us feel like family. Shout outs to Michele, Rita, Paula, pizza chef Little Tony, chef Kriss and sous AJ. All sooooo good. The owners Big Tony and his wife are also so warm. This place literally should have 5 stars. It is one of a handful of restaurants in Ireland with a Miglior designation.

22/09/2025: Wow! An Italian experience in Swords Ireland near the airport. If we were here longer we would dine here again.

16/09/2025: Have been here a few times personally and always great tasty food. Proper authentic falafel! Ordered for a work lunch and it was on time, delicious and plenty of food as well - would highly recommend for a visit or for an event

06/09/2025: (Live event with trailer) Made the difference between our party being great rather than just good. Most of the guests had food from the trailer and I didn't hear a single complaint. Food was delicious. Arrived right on time and handled a sudden loss of power to the trailer very well. Hope to book them again for next year.

29/10/2025: Very nice place. We were on the way back from Dublin Airport and couldn’t find any decent spots around, so we decided to drive into Swords. This place is a gem. The food was so fresh, service was really fast, and the staff were super nice. Prices were very fair too. You just don’t find places like this in Dublin these days. We’ll be back for sure.

22/10/2025: I love the food here, every time i eat here like it is one of the best meals… The servers Haloumi and Daniela are very friendly and professional. Take away service is great. I want to say that delivery man is very polite and friendly too

11/08/2025: A nice place with a huge selection of muffins. Of course a good selection of savory snacks along with regular tea and coffee. Was genuinely surprised by the variety of muffins. A nice place and a compliment to the doughnuts scene. Definitely recommended for people with a desire to try muffins of variety and also a nice gifting idea for people with seeet tooth

13/10/2025: Maybe I haven't been to many restaurants/places to eat but holy wow. I may have also been extremely hungry however... The location of this place is perfection. 10-15 mins away from Dublin airport driving. The atmosphere is a chill and excitingly put together vibe and Irish hospitality is real here. I went during the breakfast/brunch hours and had the 'woodland breakfast'. Each breakfast option is not too dissimilar from eachother and the one I had was incredible. Scrambled eggs (2) that where smooth and buttery but not too moist. Every bite of the rest of the food was just as incredible as the last until I was done. The service was as fast as can be desired.
