The best restaurants in Swords

17/12/2025: I couldn't rate this place enough the staff at the reception the staff serving the manager are all lovely would do anything for their customers. I've gone in for drinks I've gone in with a young baby, I've gone in without a booking when they are very busy, they will always try and accommodate you. Great for the whole family and a few drinks. The food is delish.

15/12/2025: Food was excellent. Very good. Staff were so nice. Haven't been in a restaurant with staff as good in years. Really enjoyed it and will return over Christmas.

20/12/2025: Visited for breakfast on the 16th. We ordered chicken benny, Turkish eggs, cheesecake, and 2 lattes. Later, I noticed the receipt charged €5 extra for 3 Blue Pea Lemonades, which we didn’t order. Also, our lattes were initially swapped with matcha, though the staff fixed it quickly. The café was very busy, so extra staff during peak hours might help. Overall, food was tasty; slightly larger portions or extra slice of bread would match the price better. But I hope this kind of mistake doesn’t happen to other customers.

14/12/2025: We visited Green Straw for breakfast in Dublin and tried the holiday specials menu, including the Bang Bang Chicken, Christmas sandwich, and caramel pancakes, everything was delicious. The flavors were amazing, the vibe was cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The chef even visited our table to check if everything was fine and explained the dishes, which made the experience feel extra special. One of the best breakfast spots we’ve been to, highly recommended and a must-visit whenever I’m in Ireland.

30/12/2025: Asked for a jug of water twice and never received. Pasta was hard and garlic bread tasteless. Service in general very disappointing as it was our first time coming here.

27/12/2025: We didn't have any reservations, but luckily, the waitress found a table for us during the busy hours. This restaurant is an excellent spot in Swords, which might be easy to miss, but it's definitely worth seeking out. The food is the real star – so delicious Plus, the owner and waitress provide wonderful, attentive service. The food, both gluten-free and regular pasta, was very delicious.

02/01/2026: The best restaurant in Swords! Very delicious and tasty food, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The service was excellent — friendly, attentive and professional. A fantastic atmosphere and a great wine selection to match the food. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

11/12/2025: Cutlery & glasses were 5 star spotless. Waiters couldn't remember who had ordered what, literally minutes later. Wings were bit dry ;but tasted of Frank's sauce, needs sauce pre service i suggest...Food was ok,steak was not hot, chips were ok, proper sauce ok. . Rocket salad was sad looking tbh. Desert was Tiramisu, tasty.....coffee good & solid.... Party upstairs felt like it was coming through the roof, ruined the experience. Staff friendly but needs training i suggest.... prices are reasonable and would recommend.

16/12/2025: Absolutely the best ramen I've ever eaten in my life. I couldn't find anything similar in other places. The tonkotsu ramen literally feeds your soul. Thank you. I recommend it. Unlike eating wild berries in the woods.

09/12/2025: We went on a Monday and it was empty, but I think on a normal day the environment would be fun and cozy. I ordered a miso soup but it never came with my sushi but other than that service was ok. Overall it was a good deal for a lunch menu, like 12 euro for a couple of sushi.

13/12/2025: I live at walking distance from the Cheeky Pea. I saw their opening 12 years ago. But only today my hubby and I tried their food. We were completely blown away by the tasty food, FRESHNESS (OMG! Where do we find really fresh food these days?), and very affordable prices. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will become familiar faces at The Cheeky Pea from now on!

26/11/2025: We’ve only been twice here because we normally eat their pitas and falafels at the Kew farmers market, but the food is just as great if not even better. The sauces are soo good. And the deserts are definitely worth trying too. Staff is also super friendly. Happy to come back!

10/12/2025: I have visited the Santa Kindgdom in Swords. Amazing idea. Hopefully it's on next year as well. 100% recommended

09/12/2025: Swords Pavilions is a great shopping centre.🏬 It’s always clean, well laid out, and easy to get around. Parking is convenient, and there’s a lovely atmosphere no matter what time you visit. A great place for shopping, grabbing a bite to eat, or just spending a few hours browsing. Highly recommend!

19/09/2025: I would recommend Two Birds Coffee to anybody who may be in the area! The coffee was very good quality and the snacks were tasty!

10/08/2025: Had an oat cappuccino and some sort of seeded cranberry chocolate cup cake. It was bloody amazing 😍. Will definitely be back to try both again

11/11/2025: The food was amazing, super delicious and filling. You could see the chefs cook and prepare your meals live!! The service was great too 🥰 Our bill came to around 220€ since we ordered loads of food and wine!

13/12/2025: I love spending my work breaks here. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, the coffee is fab, and the cupcakes are to die for (altho I try to resist!)!
