01/03/2025: Update 1st March 2025:
They have now earned the "worst McDonald's EVER" title.
Gave them another try, never coming again.
Probably the only McDonald's that cannot make a cheeseburger.
A cheeseburger consists of: beef patty, onions, ketchup, mustard and pickles.
Somehow this place NEVER adds the mustard or the onions. We go here frequently and every time we get a cheeseburger, we have to ask the staff to add the mustard and the onions. Its not even like they're out of these 2 things.
We went back again tonite to order cheeseburgers. I placed my order yo have extra mustard, onions and pickes. Got the order, checked had only one (1) pickle, NO onions and an absurd amount of mustard -to the point where it was dripping out of the burger. I asked the staff to check the label to see what i asked for and to look in the burger. They said "the onions are on the top." which there was none.
I dont think making a cheeseburger is rocket science.

01/02/2025: If you expect the usual taste of Starbucks coffee here, you would be disappointed much. Such a bitter americano, can you have extra hot water on the coffee to dilute?
Well, one of staff there said that it would make the coffee bigger size, you just ordered tall size, so rude - fortunately she seemed quit the job these day.
Even the taste of filter coffee is not even unlike most of Starbucks shops, usually aromatic and good but suddenly you will get very dark, heavy, and intense filter coffee.
This place is just for taking a short break with kids after shopping at Smyth shop, but no guarantee your pastry is fresh.
08/01/2025: No problem finding a parking space directly in front of the Starbucks - it's a huge shopping center with a big parking lot. Inside, it is your typical aseptic fast food coffee chain -nothing to write home about. But friendly and helpful staff.

16/01/2025: Always full of school kids, more noisey than usual.
30/12/2024: Came back again not that many people. It still So slow staff awfull and a little bit clearer bit i would cook my own diner quicker. (So still the worst McDonald's in Ireland) So dirty food bin in the restaurant was overflowing, tables full entry takeaway bags, slow service and in need of good management.

14/02/2025: I called them for delivery and they were not helpful at all. As we all know nowadays everyone use card instead of cash
The person who answered the phone asked me to order online as I wanted to pay by card.
When I tried to order online the poxy app wouldn't let me pay for some reasons. So I called them again and said I'll order and pay by card on the phone but they didn't want to....so ended up without food.
*I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THE ONE STAR IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO CLICK ON IT TO POST THAT REVIEW*

17/03/2025: We ordered the food, they didn’t tell us they was here. Left the food at reception for anyone to take and by the time we called to ask where our food was it was freezing cold sitting downstairs. When I rang and questioned this the lady told me I need a new phone??? Like what? I had no missed calls, tested my phone it works. They NEVER contacted me. Weird service from them.
09/03/2025: My new favourite Chinese in Swords. The food is really nice. I go for the Healthy Option, which is chicken and mixed veg and S&S sauce. It's really tasty and not super salty, which I find off putting. Not keen on the green peppers but the y are always happy not to add them to my order. Staff are super nice. While this business runs as a takeaway, there is limited seating. Cheaper than LinnKee, and lovely food. Recommended. (Parking is a pain though!)

21/11/2024: Iv orderd a few times, my son perfers here, well not anymore ..they tryed to tell me I ordered for collection even tho I had the delivery payment to prove.food was 2 hours late and they still asked for another 3.50 at the door and gave us the food absolutely freezing. Couldnt even reheat it , was already like bricks in a bag. All went in the bin,such a waste.Been sitting there the 2 hours. Never never ever again. I'd give no stars if I could.

11/02/2025: The food was disappointing. Every curry tasted the same, and there was an overwhelming amount of coconut in everything. I was hoping for variety and flavor, but instead, it all blended into one heavy, unappetizing dish. Unfortunately, not a place I’d return to.

02/02/2025: We usually get their margarita pizza which is really nice. I wanted to try one of their wraps with chicken -cant remember the name as i pointed it out from a picture on their menu, and got something different to the picture but it was still O.K. i think it came with the hashbrowns with it, which was also O.K.
The wraps, for me, were a 3 out of 5. The taste was fine but it wasnt anything special.
But for a margarita pizza lover, their pizzas would very safely get a 4.5 out of 5.
Would recommend for cheese pizzas 🙌🏼
19/01/2025: Very disappointed by the size of the "large chips". It was a very mean bag of chips compared to other chippers near by, or the old chipper that was here. I know costs are up in the world but I'm sure at €3.80 for a bag of chips you could afford to throw another potato in the pot. Apart from that the chips where nice to be fair and the shop is looking very well. Its a new business in the area and it's very welcome I would like to see them succeed. I Hope it can be taken as constructive criticism and help improve business for you. People hunt for quality and value in equal measure and there's lots of alternatives in swords so you need to tick both boxes or people will go elsewhere. Looking forward to an extra potato in my bag. 13/02/2025: Chicken kebab a nightmare get it cold but that's not the problem, inside you'll not find anything except 2 slices of tomato saggy chicken goujon 1 piece cut in few and tiny bit of lettuce barely noticeable... All you can taste is poor quality mayo. Not worth even one star. JOKES. No more ordering there

29/01/2025: I have to say in Swords the Betsy is fab . I will definitely be back .There isn’t many place we’re service is so efficient and attention to detail from staff is second to none , How friendly all staff are. I was there on Sunday last and had a lovely roast dinner with my family . The staff were so nice , warm and friendly and absolutely lovely to my kids. I would highly recommend. 😃👍
26/01/2025: Attended for brunch with friends which was ruined by management verbally abusing his customers.
Should have read all the other negative comments between trip advisor & Google reviews before attending here. How can one owner have so many complaints from so many different people ? Must be true...
He was absolutely disgusting how he treated his staff also. Shouting at them.. laughed in people's faces as he was being rude. Stay clear unless you want to be abused.

24/07/2024: Este restaurante es sin duda el mejor salón de comida en espadas.
Ok, muy poco ambiente para experimentar, pero eso también se aplica al resto con una excepción o dos.
Sin embargo, la comida, el servicio y el personal no pueden ser culpados.
Hemos estado docenas de veces ahora más de 2 años y el servicio es extremadamente rápido, amable y a un precio muy razonable.
Chicos, no os perdáis la experiencia gustativa que es este restaurante.
28/04/2024: We went for a date night and had chicken goyza, chargrilled chicken ramen, chicken katsu rolls and skin on fries. Everything we had was delicious and presented beautifully. They have 2 cocktails for 16 euro and the strawberry daiquiris were very good. Prices are very fair for the quailty of food and the staff are all lovely.
