04/10/2024: A delicious goat cheese on sourdough accompanied with Berry tea, just now Oct 4th 11:30
The 2 staff on duty just now here in The Pavilions are 6 stars, happily assisting everyone where needed. I was carrying multiple bags, so they brought everything to the table and even a hot water refill.
Well worth the break, and I hope the staff receive some acknowledgement for being so good.
01/10/2024: O'Briens is a guarantee for sandwiches. Always.
We use to go when we have the chance. But in the pavilion is for sure the worst we have been to. It's Tuesday and is not so busy, all the tables are dirty and full of trays with stuff. I moved stuff and cleaned myself to have a seat.
And The girl at the till is absolutely unkind.
I understand working with customers is hard and sometimes a challenge and we all have a day no, but this doesn't allows her to treat people with complacency.

17/11/2024: I was waiting hour and a half for food only for them to cancel last minute and say they couldnât deliver to the address ?? I have ordered out of here the past month and not a problem and did not get one problem up until now
04/11/2024: Ordered a spice bag meal, chips were definitely reheated and tasted awful. Bag was 99% chips too, very few pieces of chicken, and of that, couldn't even get me fork into most of them, chicken was awful. No veg at all in the spice bag. Curry sauce too watery. Absolutely the worst spice bag i've ever had. Avoid.

09/11/2024: Under cooked chips. Brought them up and was handed a fresh lot, again under cooked.
Staff worked hard, cleaning tablets, serving customers and nice atmosphere too.
Just been there today. Ordered two large fries. They were freezing. We had driven off before we found out. Lesson learned, avoid at all costs. When your son only eats fries and isn't able to tell you they are cold, there won't be a next time to check.
08/11/2024: Worst McDonald's to deal with, constantly leave parts of order out and yet charged full amount

01/10/2024: Make sure the prices on the board correspond to them on the till. Chilli chicken shredders âŹ5.50 on the board. âŹ5.75 on the till. I said to the sever and all I got was sorry about that.....
19/09/2024: Food not so good to be honest. The spice box combo was filled at least 30% with onions, and quite tasteless. It also seems to be quite expensive compared to other restaurants in the mall, as the meal only consists of that box and a drink. Not really recommended as there's plenty of other options in the area. The guy at the counter was nice though.

12/09/2024: Ordered chicken and chips again last night after a great experience last time unfortunately the quality has gone downhill it was disgusting! Rang them to tell of my experience to be told repeatedly by a manager the chicken is lovely âșïž Avoid this place!
28/07/2024: Got curry chips. Did not enjoy. Sauce was minimal and gloopy to point of nearly solid.

24/07/2024: This restaurant is without a doubt THE best food parlour in swords.
Ok, very little atmosphere to be experienced, but that also applies to the rest with an exception or two.
However, the food, service and staff cannot be faulted.
We've been dozens of times now over 2 years and the service is extremely prompt, friendly and very reasonably priced.
Guys, do not miss the taste experience that is this restaurant.
28/04/2024: We went for a date night and had chicken goyza, chargrilled chicken ramen, chicken katsu rolls and skin on fries. Everything we had was delicious and presented beautifully. They have 2 cocktails for 16 euro and the strawberry daiquiris were very good. Prices are very fair for the quailty of food and the staff are all lovely.
