16/10/2025: Very poor service, rude young lady at the cashier, errors in my order and my coffee tasted burnt..
29/05/2025: Excellent coffee shop in the upper area of the Pavillions close to the cinema. Service is always on point and staff are friendly and welcoming. Have some great sandwiches available, great pastries and thoroughly delicious coffees. This is well worth a visit.

11/10/2025: Ordered for collection , 9" munchie box, it's massive, and stuffed full of tasty food. Chicken was tender and very tasty, overall very impressed and well worth the price. Quick delivery too at 9pm on a Saturday.
15/09/2025: Worst experience with a takeaway I’ve honestly ever had, placed a small order for delivery, said it would be 45 mins, took over 1 hr and a half to arrive (restaurant was 10 mins drive from our hotel). Had to ring the restaurant twice to find out what was happening, no help at all, just apologised and did not offer refund when I asked. To top it off, the food was disgusting.

05/10/2025: Absolute garbage food, got a takeaway and it was like the food was reheated. Rang up to give feedback back and it was like it was our fault for not liking the food. Chips undercooked and cold so they couldn’t even reheat properly. Would highly suggest not ordering from here
07/09/2025: 15mins 1 bag of chips really horrible chips, my daughter actually said they taste like display chips i said only salt and staff put vinegar on and said is it ok , is it ok if i dont pay i dont think so

05/12/2025: Food came as planned wasn’t exactly happy with the store front person. She was very rude when trying to get clarification on menu items. Her attitude towards us was very passive aggressive.
03/12/2025: Took over 1.5 hours to deliver. The food was cold and inedible. I called up to ask for a new one. Said would take another hour at least and would have to give back other food, felt a bit insulting. Dont waste your time or money. Will not be going back.

28/09/2025: My experiences with Subway. North Street, Swords (Applegreen garage)... Experience 1: The woman serving me thought it would be a good idea to serve both me as well as the lady behind me at the same time. I didn't feel prioritised and I actually felt uncomfortable ordering alongside someone else whom I don't know. The subway employee ended confusing herself whilst mixing up our bread and sauce types. Disappointing to be honest considering a roll costs in around 9 quid. Not cheap in today's climate and its a treat I generally look forward to but dont always have. Be better. Experience 2: I only eat Hearty Italian. I understand that subway have other choices of good quality bread to chose from but I've tried their selection and nothing tickles my fancy. On this day, I arrived at Subway an hour and a half after they had opened. I asked for a Hearty Italian only to find out that none had been prepared. I'm working within the hospitality trade all my life. Anyone that has worked within hospitality knows preparation is key. Being ready is key. Instead I was nonchalantly told that :they're not ready yet". No offer of an alternative bread, no waiting time given. Just a terrible attitude and a sense of carelessness. Be better. Experience 3: I was served by whom I consider to be their best employee. Fairly sure she's a full-timer with brown hair. Very efficient, good manners, smiles, works clean and holds the counter well by herself when under pressure. However, after ordering a roll with meatballs, spicy cheese and marinara sauce I took a bite only to find that the meatballs were dry, black and almost rock solid (almost). Again, disappointed and fed up but not fed. Be better Side note: The garage as a whole is ran dismally. The deli is twice as bad as subway. Burger king isn't too bad and the cashiers/shop floor assistants are clueless when it comes to prompt and efficient service. If you're packing a shelf and you see a line of customers waiting to pay for fuel/products, etc take a 2 minute break from what you're doing and clear the line. Instead, the employees gawk at the queue whilst continuing to pack shelves etc. Meanwhile, all us customers are growing impatient with the one person working the till whom generally, if not most of the time, has no sense of urgency and is not trained adequately on tills therefore making mistakes and elongating the entire process for everyone. Not too mention, you don't even get a smile. The garage is a joke and Applegreen head office need to implement policies, procedures and inspections for their staff and the premises. Pelco is a great example of how to manage a business of the same nature within a garage setting.The big boys within the company should take responsibility too and do a bit of graft instead of floating from outlet to outlet in their lovely suits doing next to nothing other than throwing an eye over the premises and asking the same old questions. Be better. I'm going over to Subway now to order a roll. I will edit and update this review if I have a bad experience. Let's hope not though! Fantastic service today. 17.06.25 Rolls not ready in Subway 50 minutes after opening. 22.06.25 Very good service today. Fast, clean and friendly. 28.06.25 All over the place. Just keeps getting worse and worse. 28.09.25 Waited 5 minutes (which would've been longer if I was willing to remain patient) to be served. I foresaw that I could've been waiting longer so I decided against a subway today. Staff very slow. No sense of urgency, not even any acknowledgement. No changing of gloves between orders either. Pay for Rock Star to lead your team and stop employing minimum rate staff that don't care! One employee on shift. Slow service. Lack of health and safety precaution due to being under too much pressure. No changing of gloves etc.Getting worse as time goes by. I wouldn't be surprised to see the shop go at some point soon. Btw, the young lady that served me tried her best and did a great job given the environment she is operating in and the tools/help she has been provided.

27/11/2025: 2 hours for delivery, will block you number if you call them multiple times. Food is barley edible. If you are craving Indian food please get it from someplace else. I PROMISE YOU, This place is not worth you time and money. Read all the Reviews especially the recent the review the better

21/08/2025: We gathered for a work night out. Caroline was great with helping organise the area and the food. The conservatory was perfect, the platters were lovely and the staff were very attentive and nice.
07/07/2025: Had a family event at The Betsy, lovely decor, really good atmosphere, good food and superb staff, especially head waiter. They looked after our group really well, were friendly and attentive.

01/11/2024: Genuinely never order from here. 1 and a half hours after i ordered i rang and asked where my order was and they claimed they had delivered to the wrong address and when i asked for a refund they stated “someone had called them and changed the address” which did not happen. They just wanted to get away with not giving a refund. Never order from here save ur money and get a Dominos
27/10/2024: This is good for takeouts/ delivery because it doesn’t have a place to dine in. The food was really nice though. I got garlic and cheese fries and asked for extra jalapeño, the garlic is very overpowering so I do not recommend if you are not a garlic person. The pizza was good, the chicken tenders were a little dry but they come with sweet chilli sauce so I guess that’s fine. The food took 15mins so that was good. Overall 7/10

24/07/2024: Este restaurante es sin duda el mejor salón de comida en espadas. Ok, muy poco ambiente para experimentar, pero eso también se aplica al resto con una excepción o dos. Sin embargo, la comida, el servicio y el personal no pueden ser culpados. Hemos estado docenas de veces ahora más de 2 años y el servicio es extremadamente rápido, amable y a un precio muy razonable. Chicos, no os perdáis la experiencia gustativa que es este restaurante.
28/04/2024: We went for a date night and had chicken goyza, chargrilled chicken ramen, chicken katsu rolls and skin on fries. Everything we had was delicious and presented beautifully. They have 2 cocktails for 16 euro and the strawberry daiquiris were very good. Prices are very fair for the quailty of food and the staff are all lovely.

14/11/2025: I had such a great experience at Krispy Kreme Tallaght thanks to Abbey! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, even during a busy time. Abbey went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect and offered helpful suggestions with a big smile. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about the customers. Her positive attitude made the visit feel extra special. Krispy Kreme is so lucky to have someone like Abbey on their team—I’ll definitely be back!
