28/06/2025: Worst experience ever person at the counter was using his phone while making pizza absolutely disgusting behaviour customer service was dreadful

11/06/2025: Ordered today from this restaurant the food it’s good but the guy in there called me very angry why I didn’t answer to the phone and if he’s calling me to answer in a rude tone being order from here more than 4 years never a problem until now

29/05/2025: Excellent coffee shop in the upper area of the Pavillions close to the cinema. Service is always on point and staff are friendly and welcoming. Have some great sandwiches available, great pastries and thoroughly delicious coffees. This is well worth a visit.

24/05/2025: Very busy and crowded. Asked for vanilla in my coffee and paid extra 70c for it but never got it in my coffee. Table was dirty and staff unfriendly. Coffe was nice but it needs more food options too.

08/07/2025: I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but I hope the owner sees this. Chopped used to be amazing, it was a concept popular in the states and one of its kind. Then someone obviously see how good sprout was and tried to copy was one of the worst rebranding I’ve ever seen, I’d sue if it was my business, and doesn’t even chop the salads anymore? So locations have chopping stations that aren’t used, it’s kind wild. And to top it all off the chicken is now pre packaged, no more cooked chicken breast with your bowl, that’s the nail in the coffin. ⚰️ I’d rebrand and revert to your original concept, you know I what makes sprout so good? New menu regularly, with fresh insanely good options cooked freshly, don’t over do it, stay in your lane and you actually could have continued the success, now it’s just a subpar salad bar.

11/06/2025: Food is nice and staff are always kind but wrap is too expensive. 11 euro now for a wrap. Gone up so much lately.

27/05/2025: Nothing amazing but it was nice to get a soft bun for breakfast. Flavors were a mix of breakfast and lunch.

21/05/2025: I order food from here sometimes for the "convenience" and they just manage to forget something every time, never put a straw in, this time they just forgot the whole main, no burger, call just eat and they just offer credit on my account. Bad service all around.

24/03/2025: Ordered a cake for my sons birthday… today the day of collection I received a refund no explanation nothing.. drove to the shop in swords closed..

30/06/2025: I ordered apache Doner kebab pizza, but it was disappointing. There were only 3–4 tiny pieces of kebab here and there and despite choosing Apache hot sauce, it just had ketchup on it.

21/11/2024: Iv orderd a few times, my son perfers here, well not anymore ..they tryed to tell me I ordered for collection even tho I had the delivery payment to prove.food was 2 hours late and they still asked for another 3.50 at the door and gave us the food absolutely freezing. Couldnt even reheat it , was already like bricks in a bag. All went in the bin,such a waste.Been sitting there the 2 hours. Never never ever again. I'd give no stars if I could.

07/07/2025: Got wrappo from summer inn swords ,, the slandered of food is diabolical, the chicken in the wrappo tasted and smelled rank i had to put it in the bin or I would of got very sick ,, how the charge people to serve them this dirt ,its disgusting, won't be buying from here again .

06/07/2025: Very disappointed that they scammed. Ordered a 4 in 1 only got chips. Rang to fix. No reply. Never order here. Was waiting to feed my kids and they pull this scam.

29/03/2025: Really bad takeaway food, prawn dish costing €19.95 had 5 prawns, the meat in the other dish was minimal too, they use a lot of food colouring and the curry is bland & tasteless, don’t waste your money here 0/5

11/06/2025: Abrakebabra is turning into "Eddie rocket's empty your pockets" €7.95 for regular fries?!? Is that a joke or taking the p!ss? As for the size portion it's definitely not worth €8! Im never coming here again. What happened to the small taco fries as well?? Rip-off! They should be like €5.50 maximum, including the toppings. Ridiculous carry on with the prices here.
