17/04/2025: Disappointing Experience at Starbucks Belgard, Tallaght We had a very disappointing experience at this location recently. One of the managers or supervisors — a Romanian woman who seems to be in charge often — was noticeably rude and unprofessional, not only towards us as customers but also in how she interacted with staff. She was openly criticising a new employee in front of everyone while instructing her on how to prepare a hot chocolate. Rather than guiding her calmly, she came across as impatient and condescending, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, when she stepped in to demonstrate, she spilled cream over the cup, made a mess, and still handed the drink to the customer without cleaning it or offering an apology. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from someone in a supervisory role. We understand everyone can have a bad day, but basic customer service and professionalism should always be a standard, particularly in a global brand like Starbucks.

23/02/2025: I enjoy alot of dishes here. Starters, Mains and sides all good. The only let down is the last few occasions the chips have been of poor quality. Too many bad chips in the bag. Friendly and obliging staff

01/11/2024: Genuinely never order from here. 1 and a half hours after i ordered i rang and asked where my order was and they claimed they had delivered to the wrong address and when i asked for a refund they stated “someone had called them and changed the address” which did not happen. They just wanted to get away with not giving a refund. Never order from here save ur money and get a Dominos

27/10/2024: This is good for takeouts/ delivery because it doesn’t have a place to dine in. The food was really nice though. I got garlic and cheese fries and asked for extra jalapeño, the garlic is very overpowering so I do not recommend if you are not a garlic person. The pizza was good, the chicken tenders were a little dry but they come with sweet chilli sauce so I guess that’s fine. The food took 15mins so that was good. Overall 7/10

27/04/2025: Rang for collection an the woman that answered was polite,got a 4&1 beef an asked for it extra spicey an it came in like a cardboard box type thing so not your usual plastic tub that you'd get in other Chineses,but it was nice I have to say,I'd be back for more no problem if they stay giving good food👍

16/05/2025: The service was really friendly and efficient, great atmosphere in the restaurant. The food was amazing. Try the patty melt if you are in. Freestyle had all the flavours.

03/03/2025: Got a kebab here on Saturday at around 6 o'clock and was nice. It was hot and wasn't waiting long for it. Food was fresh. Staff seemed nice.

27/03/2025: Very bad food. Buying 3 kids meal in all tree very old chips and only few of them. After that my son get sick and start vometing. Never ever buy food from Burger King Swords. Dirty place.

16/05/2025: Generally good and affordable food. Nice place to hang around. However the mindset of these type of establishment never ceases to amaze me. I understand not serving items that are meant for breakfast at noon. But not being able to takeaway a sandwich because it's served from noon only and being directed to the place next door with the promise that they might serve it now... This kind of business model and pro customer attitude is still a mistery for me, how are they still making money, no idea. They certainly won't see mine anytime soon. I would have understood if they would have been busy or I would have asked for something "lunchy", but it was just a sandwich. No wonder they're only open in the first half of the day.

19/04/2025: Had breakfast today with my daughter (9). There is no kids menu. I got charged €30 for 1 tea, 1 black coffee, 2 sausages , 2 slices toast, and avocado and eggs. I asked for my meal with bacon which was €3 supplement. When I realised it was one small piece of bacon, I was shocked and asked for the bacon to be removed as I wasn't paying for it. Our food arrived before our drinks when I said it to the manager who brought the food down he just shrugged and said they were busy. The young girls working there are lovely. When paying I told the manager the meal was very expensive. He said the prices will be going up more. I wouldn't recommend this . Food is overpriced for what you get.

18/12/2024: Sour taste in my mouth when I went to pay they don't expect cash. Which is a legal tender and illegal to not expect cash. My friend had to use her card. I have contacted the regulator about this.

28/09/2024: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO APPLY TO WORK HERE ! Personally I’d give 0 stars. I applied to work here online, went to an interview and they smile at your face making you believe you’ve done well in your interview and that you might get the job just to never get back to you. I recommend the manager running the place to learn some professionalism. It takes less than 30 seconds to copy and paste a generic rejection email for those who did not get the job. The manager is most definitely lazy, unprofessional and disrespectful…. Anyway, thank God, because I wouldn’t want to work in a company with a manager like that !

14/05/2025: It's Mc Donald's and it was exactly what you expected ! Fast service with good food to eat on the go . The restaurant was clean and running efficiently on my last visit today for a late lunch !

27/04/2025: I ordered via Uber eats , super on time delivery, he also rang me on arrival. Conor’s box was the name of the food , very tasty and well cooked! Salty and spicy , lovely. I’ll order again I’m very happy with this dinner, thank you!

29/05/2025: Excellent coffee shop in the upper area of the Pavillions close to the cinema. Service is always on point and staff are friendly and welcoming. Have some great sandwiches available, great pastries and thoroughly delicious coffees. This is well worth a visit.

24/05/2025: Very busy and crowded. Asked for vanilla in my coffee and paid extra 70c for it but never got it in my coffee. Table was dirty and staff unfriendly. Coffe was nice but it needs more food options too.
