19/06/2026: One of the staff members was rude to two of my friends as they struggled reading some of the menu. I would not go there anymore.

02/05/2026: Usually a 5 star as a regular customer atleast 3 to 4 visits a week, coffee has been below par, the last 3 visits weak milky coffee and luke warm, I noticed new staff the last 2 weeks maybe its down to training but will loose good customers 10 euro for 2 cups of warm milk

13/06/2026: I ordered iced vanilla marche latte tall. it was like water. when I recd the its was medium size. don't know why tall is medium in Starbucks.

28/05/2026: About ok, take away cups at sit in again.

28/07/2026: I just left, leaving behind the garbage they serve for €25. A hamburger wrapped in aluminum foil, like it was pulled out of the trash 🗑️, squashed. A disgrace. They kept my €25 because they didn't even give me a receipt to complain. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.

25/06/2026: I chose the bacon burger with everything with regular fries and it was €20.80. I had the bacon burger with everything but no drink. They have milkshakes and fountain soda drinks but didn’t order either. They have food was good value for money as the regular fries are a generous portion and the burger was excellent.

01/08/2026: The smell of this this was absolutely horrendous. Smelt like sick. Only got 4 chicken nuggets when I ordered 6. The people were nice, but the smell put me off

28/07/2026: Fast food more like slow food the manager in this restaurant was very rude and dismissive of me and my pals because of our ethnicity I ordered my food at 8:40 and didn’t receive it till after 9pm We witnessed some what of a domestic between this manager and the security man which put me off immediately No iPads = not good Requested a extra slice of cheese as no option on order machine to which i was just to a firm NO try to explain myself and the manager just walked away I then tried to pay for one and he just denied forcing me to order a hole other burger just for a slice of cheese setting me back 2.30 Also had quite explicit music playing which would not be suited for kids or my Christian brothas MCDONALDS SWORDS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE all other staff was chill just not the manager who seemed to be of Middle Eastern or Indian descent Pls just go the one in Charlestown much betta I’m done -Bob
