03/06/2025: The food was good and the customer service was fantastic!! Stopped here on the way from Dublin to Limerick and would absolutely stop here again.

16/09/2024: Fuimos al Lobster Pot por el 86 cumpleaños de mi querida madre. Desde el momento en que entramos por la puerta, nos trataron como a la realeza! ¡Le hicieron un escándalo tan encantador! Rachel, la gerente del restaurante, no podría haber sido más increíble de lo que era! Nuestra camarera, Bridie, era simplemente el mejor también! Desde el momento en que tomó nuestras bebidas y pedidos de comida, no pudo hacer lo suficiente por nosotros! Ella era tan educado y hablador y nos reímos mucho con ella! Cuando pedimos los postres, Rachel y Bridie se tomaron la molestia de cantar Feliz cumpleaños a mi madre y escribirlo en el plato de su postre! ¡Le alegró el día! Aparte del personal maravilloso, la comida era tan deliciosa! Tuvimos entrantes, plato principal y postres y cada plato fue maravilloso! Debo añadir que no es la primera vez que comemos aquí - cada visita es una experiencia increíble. Pero el hecho de que Rachel y Bridie se esforzaran por hacer el cumpleaños de mi madre tan especial, fue tan encantador! ¡Aferrarse a estos dos miembros del personal! Sin duda volveremos y muy pronto! Gracias por todo!

29/03/2024: On the first glance the hotel seems gorgeous. The rooms are nice, the entrance looks beautiful, it just looks like a dream but I'm a bit disappointed in the ocean fitness. I don't recommend it for families. The gym is only for adults, so my daughter (17) couldn't go and my son (14) wasn't allowed to go into the sauna and the jacuzzi, because he's not 16... I think that's not reasonable for a 4 Star hotel...

15/03/2026: Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. The indoor play area had a strong dusty smell and visible dust and spider webs all over. The air felt very heavy and poorly ventilated. After spending some time inside I experienced burning eyes and sinus irritation, which made it difficult to stay longer. For a place where many children play, cleanliness and air quality are extremely important. I hope the management will look into cleaning and ventilation more carefully.

20/05/2024: Visiting Galway from out of the country and stopped here - food was just ok. But, while here my 3 year old muttered to me the dreaded phrase “I need to poop”. Quickly ran up and asked if we could hop inside (despite it being closed off at the moment) since this was a bit of an emergency and the clock was officially ticking. The girl at the window said “sorry I can’t, I’ll get in trouble, but you can walk to the cathedral”. 5 or so minutes later after hustling to the cathedral, we get to the cathedral’s bathroom but a 3 year old can only hold it for so long and I was left to clean up quite a mess. I’d hope for a little more compassion next time.

17/05/2024: Very cute spot with quick service and okay coffee. Many sandwich and coffee selections. There’s outdoor seating too

15/05/2026: Very disappointed. We waited a long time for our order to be taken, and then to be served. They'd forgotten about us. We ordered a Guinness, but were served a Guinness Zero, and the waiter insisted it wasn't Zero, but the taste was nothing like it. What a shame.

22/06/2026: They write that there is sushi but in truth there isn't.
