10/12/2023: On behalf of my mother, lunch on 7th December with friends.
Soup was supposed to be ginger and leek “you’d need a knife to cut it, a mouse could trot across it” Too thick. Main course burger was ok, but mother got breaded chicken was flattened out, tasteless with tiny salad and a scoop of potatoe. “Deserts were no better. 40 euro each would have been better off in Supermacs”
Staff, in particular the female manager was rude and short. She was dismissive, and my mother and friends seemed to be putting her out by asking questions . Very poor hospitality for a supposedly 5 start hotel.
I have toned this review down but my mother will tell everyone and never go back.

29/03/2024: On the first glance the hotel seems gorgeous. The rooms are nice, the entrance looks beautiful, it just looks like a dream but I'm a bit disappointed in the ocean fitness. I don't recommend it for families. The gym is only for adults, so my daughter (17) couldn't go and my son (14) wasn't allowed to go into the sauna and the jacuzzi, because he's not 16... I think that's not reasonable for a 4 Star hotel...

21/08/2024: Website said it was open every day at 10am during school holidays. I arrived at 10.30 am with two very disappointed kids when it was closed. Update your website!!
03/08/2024: The place works until 18.00 on Saturday. Fix mistake on timetable

22/09/2024: Visited twice in the past month.
Staff are exceptional, friendly and efficient.
Pizza the best in Galway by far. Good value too.
Pasta dishes are a little salty for my taste but not overpowering.
I’d suggest that management give the toilets a refurb. They are clean, but tired.
21/09/2024: It was a Friday evening and the place was buzzing but they managed to get us in and even gave us a free drink while we waited! Pizza was amazing as was the tiramisu but it was the excellent staff and brilliant atmosphere that really worked for us. Fantastic all round so thanks to all involved.

19/08/2024: Accueil tres agreable ,par des serveuses tres sympatiques , endroit tres propre
Les plats tres tres copieux sont plus qu excellents , servis rapidement
En dessert nous avons pris un rolls ( feuilleté) avec un coulis de pistache , une vrai tuerie)
Les prix sont corrects compte tenu de l excellence des plats
Je tiens à preciser que je ne suis pas végétalienne , et que je retournerai dans ce resto lors d un prochain voyage
12/08/2024: You don’t get vegan places like this anymore. When we’re in Galway we eat as many meals here as possible. 10/10 on all counts. The options are brilliant, they have everything. Breakfast, pancakes, smoothies etc. lunch, a selection of burgers, toasties, salads etc and all the hot drinks you’d ever need. The food is always delicious, especially the dessert offering. I hope they keep going forever, they deserve all the success!!

24/06/2024: Food was reasonably priced, serivce was friendly. The food was fresh, and hot. Tasted very good. Great option if you don't want to leave the hotel.
27/05/2024: Thought it would be a nice place for a dinner out in Galway. Food is below pub standards. Service about average. Not recommended.
