04/10/2024: Este solía ser el mejor Papa Rico en Galway, pero ha ido extremadamente cuesta abajo.
No gastes tu dinero aquí.
Cambiaron sus chips. Las nuevas fichas son del tipo barato y grasiento. El pollo al curry de la abuela es asqueroso. No es comestible en mi opinión. Realmente mal cocinado con una extraña capa gooey en algunas piezas. La salsa de curry era tan acuosa. No tenía ningún sabor.
En general muy mala comida.

16/04/2025: Bloody awful. The only thing going for this restaurant is the bread, service is beyond bad, the staff seem like they want to punch you in the face... even before you ordered.
Arguably worst restaurant on earth, and that's no exaggeration, sister.

P. Francis & Son Bar and Bistro

04/10/2024: We were guests in the hotel and went to eat in the restaurant in the house. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and the price-performance ratio was right. Delicious cocktails are also served.
Can only recommend it.

15/08/2023: Knowing my friends visiting Galway, and knowing the town has a distinct Spanish influence, I just knew they had to have at least one outstanding Spanish tapas food truck delivered without fail! The food is amazingly delicious and the know Javi’s is so gracious and warm. They hit top marks across the board, 10/10 as the decor is equally as sharp as the food and service. Definitely visit if you're in the mood for a culinary treat along in Galway . Tapas & Go.

15/10/2025: We went there for dinner. I ordered a turkey sandwich. It was delicious and a new flavor for me.
10/10/2025: If you're a coffee lover like me, The Dock at the Connacht Hotel is a must-visit. 😍 The lobby is so cosy and perfect for relaxing with a coffee. The coffee itself is amazing, and the croissants are so fresh 🥐. Also shout out to the lovely barista who was so friendly and chatty! 🥰 Definitely coming back here!

O’Gorman’s Bar and Bistro

More bar than restaurant!
Totally cramped and loud, loud people stand behind you to pay.
Food: Salmon was good, Greek salad was okay, more feta would have been nice.
Service: Average, we had a young waitress.
Atmosphere: We're in the train station!
And the kicker: there was no Galway beer on the premises, hello!
That would be like KFC running out of chicken.
There's no drinks menu, only a wine list.
So you have to ask for everything individually.
Poor value for money.
We'll prefer to eat out in the future.
Change something ASAP!
Absolutely unsatisfactory!
