22/04/2025: Staff ...5 stars ...excellent curtious staff working to the very highest standards..they made us feel welcome at the busiest of times . FOOD ....5 Stars ...The food was excellent. And I'm not one to beat about the bush if anything is amis ..my wife had the homemade burger and told me it was delicious. I had the haddock and chips . I was extremely impressed with the portion and quality. . My desert was no different .. well done chef. GUINNESS .5 STARS. . I'm a very fussy and long time drinker of Guinness. . And the arches didn't dissapoint . My wife also enjoyed her two pints of Guinness also .. Overall. Our experience of the restaurant facilities was of the highest standard. We recommend that you take advantage or the large parking area around the rear of the building and visit THE ARCHES bar and restaurant.

08/06/2025: Good, clean and warm hotel on the outskirts of Galway City.

08/06/2025: Friendly staff and good service when checking in and out. The room we got had no mini fridge, plus the safe didn’t work which was poor. Bathroom was also a bit scary (dirty grouting, shower head very old and limescaled), but lots of towels and the bed was comfy. Walls also paper thin, so I could hear everything in the corridor and the next room over (I could hear them moving the blinds, for example). Breakfast was decent, good buffet plus pastries and muffins on offer. Feel like it was only a 4* hotel because of the leisure centre attached, otherwise would definitely be a 3* - for the price point, a bit steep.
