05/07/2025: A Special thank you to jason and his amazing staff for all there amazing help and support in regards today Event which was my cousin jenna 's baby Naming the Walter Raleigh and their amazing staff could not have done enough. For my cousin and her partner.
Out of the two hotels in youghal I would highly recommend the Walter Raleigh

19/06/2025: My family and I randomly stopped by here for dinner,what a great atmosphere amongst the staff,jason and brian were very welcoming and made us feel right at home,kids are fussy eaters but nothing was a problem with the staff,we then met michael the manager and felt that there was a warm friendly atmosphere all round,well done to you and your team michael,can't wait to return with more of our friends for the gorgeous food and glowing atmosphere, hence the 5 star😉

30/03/2025: A real find. Fabulous friendly family run hotel. Excellent location in town centre. The tasting menu was fantastic and lovely and attentive staff. We loved it and will be back.

30/05/2025: We went here while On a trip away, very lovely pub staff were friendly, the food wasn’t to standard,the cups for water we had got given were really dirty on the inside, now I did tell this to the waitress and she changed them straight away for us. The soup was bland & watery. Forgot our spoons and I had requested new ones and said they would be right back but had forgotten. Waited maybe 10 mins and asked someone else who attended to it. Lovely pub but as per the bar food/restaurant it was not the greatest experience

10/05/2025: This is 1 of the best eating place's in Youghal. You can get great food and delicious desserts to.
27/04/2025: Me and my daughter went for a meal. She got the wrong order even though two people were taking it. I gave it back was apologised to Waited like more than ten minutes,went to ask how much longer the order would take and one of the staff handed me the box Which was ready minutes prior They didn’t bother letting us know the food was ready The place was empty we were the only customers there. Plus her food wasn’t the warmest. Don’t recommend not coming back again.
