16/02/2025: One of the best burgers and mussels we’ve had in Ireland. Amazing atmosphere, decent prices and wonderful staff! Definitely adding this place to the list of my favorite places. It’s a perfect stop if you’re visiting Connemara National Park!
30/01/2025: At the start of my first stage of the Western Way I stopped here attracted by the incredible atmosphere due to the quartet of musicians who were excellent! I took the opportunity to taste the best fish and chips of my life, obviously washed down with Guinness! Great atmosphere, helpful staff, magnificent setting...I will come back with pleasure!

14/10/2024: We stopped here on a pub tour I'd organised for me wife's 40th. Jessica was really accommodating in planning this in advance and had an area out the back for us. She arranged food to be ordered in for us also. Lovely turf fire at the front bar too. Definitely recommend.
29/09/2024: Galway just come and visit the place and the people....just class.

25/08/2024: Had the most amazing fish and chips here recently, was even treated to an impromptu session during my dinner. Great food, great craic and lovely atmosphere, looking forward to my next visit
