13/09/2026: Usually food delicious and you get big portions. One time I ordered chicken curry and chicken seems to be not cooked properly. Atmosphere is nice and plenty of room for you to sit in. Service is good but staff could be more nicer. Overall is nice and quiet here for a family dinner.

The order was prepared quickly. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Would definitely order again and highly recommend itâs my go to spot!

Fergusonâs Bar & Bistro in Gyles Quay is an absolute must-visit. Whether youâre calling in for a meal, drinks, or an evening of entertainment, it never disappoints.
The food is consistently outstandingâbeautifully presented, full of flavour, and made with quality ingredients. Every meal weâve had has been exceptional.
A special mention has to go to Edelle, who is simply the best waitress. She is always so warm, friendly, attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. She goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable and is a real credit to the team.
If youâre a cocktail lover, you have to try the frozen coconut martinis. Ruari makes the best weâve ever tastedâperfectly balanced, refreshing, and dangerously moreish!
The atmosphere is fantastic too. Friday night bingo is great fun with plenty of laughs, and the live music creates such a brilliant buzz, making it the perfect place to spend an evening with family or friends.
Fergusonâs has it all: fantastic food, amazing cocktails, first-class service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We always leave looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended! đžđœïžđ¶

Crab creme brûlée was a delight, the oysters deliciously fresh and seafood seasoned to perfection. Highly recommend this friendly, unpretentious place that serves food to be proud of!

04/10/2026: It has been a while since we went here. Our last experience wasnât good. Prices where up portions where down and service wasnât great. But we gave it another shot today and it was lovely. Food was fresh and tasty. But the service was great. Young girl was polite and pleasant making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our food. Would return for the food and service.

Always a great spot for you music lovers. There's ample opportunity to socialise in a bustling yet comfortable setting and for those looking to hide away from chance encounters there's plenty of nooks and crannies to disappear into for the night. There's also the added bonus of being able to break away completely and venture upstairs to the chill out section clad with cinema seats for a unique experience. Drink up and enjoy.

10/03/2026: Myself and my partner have travelled 40 minutes on multiple occasions to bia after calling to confirm opening hours but when walking in the door 3 young girls tell us they have closed early
From a regular customer to bia management, this is extremely unprofessional as this is not the first time this has happened and 3 young girls that was representing your business were extremely rude - I will not be back when these staff members are working
The older woman working for yous is a credit to your business, always polite friendly and helpful

01/09/2026: Just stepped in for the one drink. The barman was friendly and chatty. He played good music and a couple of requests. The Guinness was very good and enjoyable. It was a Thursday night so not many in the bar, having said that there was a nice relaxing ambience. A couple of things to note it's cash only and the hand dryer in the gents wasn't working.
28/07/2026: Cash only. Beer was terrible. My husband tried 2 different kinds and they both tasted like the lines need to be cleaned. Would never return.
