24/01/2026: Lovely menu and lovely fresh food ,great portions too and a lovely cosy fire 🔥 too.

30/12/2025: 30/12/25 €11 for a normal size CBLT sandwich that took 45mins to come and had no T in it and no Mayo on it. Side salad that came with it was couple rocket leaves, pinch of shredded carrots and red cabbage. Wasn't asked if wanted dessert or any extra coffees, asked to move to bar after we paid when we were stood saying our goodbyes because we were "standing in the middle of the floor in the way" (wasn't busy and no one was trying to get passed us.) there are more subtle ways to get people to move on if you want. Would have bought more food/dessert/coffees if it had been suggested to us. No oat milk options either.

10/01/2026: Oct 2025 We stayed at this hotel while holding a memorial for my beloved sister, and I truly cannot put into words how much comfort and kindness we received during such a painful time. The hotel’s central location was perfect, and the rooms were always warm, cozy, and immaculately clean—exactly what we needed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with many delicious options offered daily, and the dining staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating to my food allergies, which meant so much to me. We have stayed here many times over the years and always loved it, but this visit was exceptional. The compassion shown to us will never be forgotten. The hotel manager, Edel, was professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate, going above and beyond to support us on short notice. Her leadership truly shows in her amazing staff—Chloe was wonderful,, kind and professional maureen the server had outstanding service accommodating all of us especially with food allergies This hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We are deeply grateful to everyone who made a very difficult time a little easier.

18/12/2025: Went there for lunch. Lovely meal, good portions and good service Steak sandwich is a good recommendation
