14/11/2024: Recommended this place by a taxi driver & severely disappointed (in the food). Setting was nice & service was excellent (waiters were friendly & lovely). My starter was noticeably stale & my main was terrible.

29/12/2024: We went to this restaurant on a busy Saturday - a party of 21 with no reservation. The staff quickly sorted us with tables and we enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks. Very friendly and attentive servers - thank you!

26/09/2024: We live locally and have eaten here several times and recommend it to our friends. Dinner last night was delicious as always and accommodations made for our dietary requirements so that we were able to relax and enjoy a really lovely meal. Service, as always, was outstanding

25/09/2024: We stayed at the Ballina Manor and it’s a beautiful walk to the spa. The baths we fantastic and the relaxation room was wonderful as well. The restaurant offered a “new” kind of seafood chowder including muscles that were insanely good. The showers have great water pressure and excellent products!

17/12/2024: This hotel is fantastic. We had an excellent stay here. It's reasonably priced. There are amazing views of the river Moy. The rooms were comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was fantastic with loads of options. We all had something different and everything was top class. The food was deliciously tasty and the presentation was very professional. The dining room itself was huge and impressively laid out. The bar was a nice place to relax in with the amazing view, and had a good selection of drinks. We enjoyed the Italian merlot. There was a great atmosphere both at breakfast in the morning and in the bar at night. The staff are very professional and friendly. We even got a chat and send-off from the owner when we were leaving. Lovely people! We will certainly go back!

12/01/2025: Terrible service on a very quiet (so no excuse) evening. Menu is terrible,confusing and completely random. Food itself was below par and together with the awful service was completely unacceptable. Shame as it was warm, comfortable and cosy but not somewhere I would recommend or wish to return to
